Kindly make it possible for us to update stock via phone. Also when updating stock, make it possible to add stock and change of prices at the same time. The issue of clerk approving updated stock is completely unnecessary.

I'm disappointed with your customer relations. Its three days now the app is not functioning and there is no any communication from the team about the breakdown. All customer care numbers provided are out of reach.

Good system with additional functionalities as compared to previous version. Developers need to work on debtors to module. User should be able to export single debtors report, view credit sales and payments per customer, and make corrections easily wherever necessary like in previous system. Running balances for both cash mpesa should be featured.

1. The clerk approving added stock is a complete waste of time and unnecessary 2. I need to have the option to filter say yesterday's sales and get a an exact figure not just sales and if I want a total I'm forced to calculate each sale manually. 3. Add an option to send an e-receipt say like on Whatsapp in jpg format not just text. 4. Offline mode These would make the app so much better.
