I've been with this company for year and love it. The app is easy to use and very manageable. The only negative thing is that the location button does not work. This button is active when the shop is accepted and you are on site to perform the shop. I was told by a mediator that the button doest work. They should remove it if that's the case. But overall I enjoy working with this app and various companies.

My area jobs seem to be the ones where it's not worth it to do. Asking you scan 1900 items in a Costco. For 115$ sure sounds good the money. But take into account that they have an hour or two as job time. That will probably take 8 if not more to do. Each specific product needs to found then scanned. I wish some of these places would actually go out and try some of the jobs, with their requirements they have. Of coarse 1 mistake and rejected

I really wanted to be able to give a realistic review but unfortunately i have yet to actually be accepted to an assignment. Some of the tasks (from Bare International) i requested several times but got immediately rejected, and with no real reason. I got an email to watch a training video, which was a waste of time because i STILL got denied. it's a shame because i am ready to work but i will go ahead and delete this app, waste of time.

The app refuses to let me login. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works. I can login no problem on the website. I changed my password on the website and tried the app to see if that would fix it, nope, no access. I tried changing my password from the app, it says too many password requests. I uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing happens! I've given up on this app. I'll just use the very functional website. This is the first app I have ever had any major trouble with.

what is going on it tells me that my password isn't correct which I highly doubt it. I try to have only one pw. and now it says it will send me a pw to my email but It never sends me one. PLS PLS FIX

insane, they expect alot, ie to complete one shop will require a full page esay not to mention the shop it's self which is full of crazy demands. like spend 8 hrs in a store or scan 1900 items secretly or make an appointment that cost 200$ while paying u 30 to do so. Don't know what I was expecting, but this went from interesting to nightmare real quick. but the app itself runs fine. The concept is a bad with these harsh requirements.

I did one shop there is no record of it whatsoever on the app I didn't get I'm not going to get paid for it probably have yet to be approved for anything the app crashes it's horrible this is a horrible app it's a horrible company that people are horrible everything about it's horrible you're not going to make any money they're just scamming people I'm trying to get free work

Postal shops are way too much out of pocket and if you're refused for literally doing what you're supposed to you don't get reimbursed. Scanning jobs were okay. Changing to 1 star due to Bare's snarky email to me. Uncalled for and rude. I'm out of pocket for stamps, shipping, and material costs because they are unable to write proper instructions. I actually think this is possibly a scam by the postal service to bring more revenue and then they just don't approve your shops.

usability of the app is impossible the jobs are real the ability to accept the gigs is not iv signed all agreements the app prompted and the 3rd party agreements and yet still i try and accept a simple job and everytime im almost done setting it up it says i havent agreed to the user agreement (which i DID!) and upon looking theres no way to access it and confirm it only shows 3rd party agreements and its the apps agreement creating barriers, try another app yall. :(

I love using an app to complete my shops. I can do this in the car when I leave the location and be done with it so I don't have to go home and spend time on the computer. I can use voice recognition and not have to type everything. This also reminds me to make sure that I have everything required for the shop so that I don't miss anything. I wish more MSPs would have apps as it makes my life so much easier.

They take too long to PAY OUT! My 2 shopS were completed June 3rd and approved. I just received payment TODAY August 16, 2019. I sent 5 emails, three alerts and 4 phone calls. That is ridiculous! They only care about completing the shop for their client. I went on the site purchase the product with my own money wrote the review follow all the directions. and 74 days later I finally get my money back and the payment for the 2 shops. Terrible customer service.

I just registered & was looking around to see if this would be a good fit, but its not. The 4 jobs that are available are about obtaining a gym membership. The profile they want you to fill out is very intrusive. I didn't fill comfortable giving out my personal details; such as where I bank, I don't know why they need that info, you get paid by paypal. Plus, what is my political affiliation & if I'm registered to vote. I wouldn't recommend this App, but to each their own! I'm uninstalling!!!

Not sure if the app is real or fake, nor sure if I would actually get paid or not. (I'm a fan of PayPal so no problem there). The app is not intuitive and directions are mostly non existent so have to figure out how to use the app before finding a "job", if I could find one, so for these reasons and due to health issues and depression I've uninstalled. I have always wanted to mystery shop but I refuse to be scamed or worse off afterwards. If I try again I'll change my rating accordingly.

So far great interface, reporting tools, communication by agencies, and opportunities for Secret Shoppers! I do sometimes have to use the website as a backup to the app. Since joining about 10 days ago, I've done 2 shops already and about to do a third, and payments take a bit of time, e.g., 17-35 days from the date of completion but there is a payment mode on the app that keeps you informed of status.

I honestly enjoy doing these shops. I've done probably 50+ and have gotten reimbursed for many dinners and even made some money. The app though is garbage. It has progressively gotten worse over time. It takes forever for pages to load (Sometimes minutes) and I usually end up force closing it several times while filling out the forms

With this app, you're not really making money particularly if you're dining out or shopping..you're basically just getting free food in the end. Not to mention the method of transportation and it's cost. An example is dining out spending a total of $50 on a night's meal, the compensation is $60. Basically you get either a discounted meal or free almost. The point of a mission is to be paid for gathering information you give....

WORST App ever developed from my experiences. Some of the updates are WORSE than the garbage they replace. Crashes, freezes, just technology at its WORST. I have used it on three different phones from two different brands. Crapola on all three. I would give it a half a star if I could.

The jobs are convoluted and take a long time to complete, but if you stick to only what is required to be purchased you don't make out too bad in the end. The worst thing about the app though is how terribly slow it is. It has to think for about 30 seconds every time you navigate to a different section. I usually only do one job at a time just because I get so annoyed at the loading wait times.

This app always crashes. I haven't been able to submit a single job without this app crashing. I lose all my work all the time. I'm phasing out doing work for anyone on this platform because of the app. My productivity suffers because of the constant crashes. I also use other shopping apps which are miles better than this app. Easier to navigate, not as rudimentary and more stable. This app, in reality, costs me money because of how slow and unstable it is.
