For some reason I can't login it keep saying " kindly change the stamptime as per timezone to login " like what does that even mean?? It was doing fine until this message came.

The UI/UX is horrible, the services are not well documented and the messaging service provided in the app is almost unusable. This app can see what other apps are installed which is an invasion of privacy! Haven't been able to use the app after update to Android 14. I emailed support, but they have been as useless at resolving the issue.

After the latest couple of updates the app got so much worse than before, not loading, crashing, and very bad and slow responsive UI which is extremely bad when it comes to banking and money transfers. Very slow loading especially when you try to navigate the Cliq section and even worst when trying to navigate the e-statements and transfers. Also a bank bank with bad customer services that keep people on hold for up to 20min before even answering if not ending the call.

Hi. I was requested to upgrade the app, after many attempts it came to no avail. I have uninstalled the app. three times in a row but to no avail. The screen turns white and nothing happens. Can you do something ASAP. As I need to deal with some transaction business. Thank you for your kind attention in this matter, I look forward to hearing from you very soon. Regards

Does not work. Applies to the old app for me as well. Whenever I try to newly register I recieve the following message "User ID is already created for the customer". So I tried the forget ID and password options and I recieved this message" User is not registered for this channel". It is a futile loop. Edit: After going back and forth for a month the problem was finally solved. The email enlisted for assistance is largely useless.

Useless OVERSEAS. I can log into the website and old app, but this new one just continues showing loading symbol for ever. I tried reinstalling without success. I tried other phones without success. The customer service said my account is ok. Please unblock the application for oversea use. I tried reinstalling. I sent the developers screenshot without response.

Really disappointing.... not working at all ... needs permission to access all files in your Mobile!!!!.... migrated to this new version without testing, which eventually created serious issue for those who couldn't start the app, need the online services, and abroad like myself 🙄. I had sent an email to info, with no response.

At first when you lunch the app it works well but after doing 2 or 3 tasks it start slowing down and lagging this thing happened everytime I lunch the app

Bad, Slow app, I have to send my message twice and reminder before i get an answer, Fake promotions, i recieved a txt of getting discounts if i pay my property taxes through the app before feb 28, and then employee says u got ask the municipility not us.!

After every update it's getting worse. 1...Most of the time, it's under the fixing process, 2...OTP comes tooooo late after timeout. ..3....After transferring certain amount of money, you have to logout and log in again to see the updated account after transfer. Amateure app. Finally, before getting someone online to talk to, you have to undergo a long bureaucratic boring procedure, which is a total waste of time, including unnecessary adds

Two MAJOR problems with the new version: 1- Users need to sign out and sign in again to view their updated account balance... The older app used to update it instantly after each transaction without all that fuss. 2- Users don't have the choice to customise their app to either view their available balance or their current in the main dashboard. It's very annoying to have to navigate through many pages to read your available balance...

The old app was much better. I cant use this one. I cant access anything. After logging in, I recieve a text that I have successfully logged in. However it takes me to: do you want to trust this device page and gets stuck there. I have called the service centre numerous times but they have not resolved the problem, nor do they know what the problem is. They keep saying everything is fine and that it should work, try unistalling and reinstalling it again. And still nothing is working.

An addendum to the previous review! Actually, if there is less than 1 star, I will give it to you! I sent out an email with the problem explained and never heard back from you! So rude!!! An update 5/2024. Another failure for hbtf is this new app, I have glitches every time, and then that forces me to uninstall the app and reinstall it again. Failed me many time while trying to Pay using the app, so disappointing.

Not functional anymore, poor optimisation. Too many ads, too much bloat. It feels like it was designed for regulatory requirements and compliance and not the end user. So dissapointed but hopeful it will be improved.

Main functionalities work most of the time, but often I'm faced with bugs that stop my main goal. The UI itself is okay, not great. The UX I horrible. Many drop down lists are not clickable apart from the small arrow. Everything takes too long to load. Performance is not good at all. Whoever is making this application should be given 2 months to enhance performance. Its unbelievable that a drop down list takes 2 seconds to open up. Many ways to improve.
