Remote Access:
- Access remote computers even if unattended.
- Add access to your computer by installing the ISL AlwaysOn application and configuring remote access to that computer. In order to access your remote computers, you need a valid ISL Online account.
- Share files on your computer with ISL AlwaysOn and access them from your Android phone or tablet without accessing the remote desktop. No need to upload your files to the cloud!
- Tick the box “Remember the password” and get faster access to your remote computers.

*Mobile Remote Support:
- It is possible to view the screen of ANY Android mobile phone or tablet through automated real-time screenshot sharing.
- Live screen sharing is available for all Android devices running version 5.0 and up (using Android's MediaProjection API).
- Full remote control is available on Samsung devices running Android 4.2.2 or newer and all rooted Android devices.
Important notice for Samsung device users:
- “This app uses the Device Administrator permission.”
- Samsung KNOX needs to be enabled to allow a remote control of your Samsung mobile device. We will use administrative permission (BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN) to enable Samsung KNOX and it will be used during the remote support session only. You will be able to revoke the administrative permission once the remote support session ends.
- If you do not enable Samsung KNOX you will still be able to share your screen using Android's MediaProjection API but a remote user will not be able to control your mobile device during the support session.
- You can revoke administrative permission anytime in Android device settings (Settings->More->Security->Device Administrators).
- Make sure to revoke administrative permission before uninstalling this app.

Guys this is a scamming app it asks the user to put his number and then sends a fake message to the user and within a minute ur phone gets spyed on and also i got scammed on very huge amount of money and the responsible authorities is detecting in my case right now

This is a fraud app which is being used by the hackers to hack your phone to wthdraw money from your account..plz be aware from this kind of fraud..so isl team..if u r making this app for people help then please upgrade your security system.

This app is being used for fraud purpose. I recently received call saying they are calling from electricity and used this app saying they want us to upload online payment done. Please be aware.

I was lost my money i deposit my money in trade w and money successfully deposit to my account but in my trade account i can't receive they said your money was unpaid. And i talk to the customer service and they told me what should do but i didn't get my money back this is the worse app i losse my money.

I wanted my customers to download this, initiate the session. According to ISL, only the operator can do this. So I would have to share operator credentials with my customers, basically allowing my customers to connect to other customers?? This workflow design is broken. Obviously a user should be able to easily create a session and share with me, the sole operator, a session id to connect to.

I used it to help one of our customers with logging into their emails, its very useful to be able to log onto their mobile and watch alongside with them, especially when we rarely deal with mobile devices.

To get a refund from AMOLICA GIFTS OF 995 which they didn't the customer service asked me to download this just to scam 995 again and they say it's a mistake and send 200 to pay again. Don't patronize me. I really wish for the pain I've been through this is my curse to that AMOLICA GIFTS that it's people go bankrupt and never find peace and die out of hunger. GOD BLESS THIS CURSE

This app is being used by scammers in the middle east to hack and pirate your bank account They have been trying with me repeatedly over the last 2 weeks I downloaded it and before I enter the code the scamer sent me I realised that the app gives him control to my phone.. I immediately removed the code and said to the scamer I ll have to check with my bank first .. he immediately started cursing me and hung up. be careful everyone.. don't give your phone control to anyone.It's a devilish app

Seemed to be what I was looking for... however, doesnt support Android 10, no + icon to click on where it says to click it. Very broken software. now deleted.

Hi. Just a warning. I was stupid enough to trust a scammer and as instructed by him I downloaded this app for him to stop a so called payment made from my bank account without my authority.... This person directed me to my online account and then I realized there was another curser on my page as well as mine. I quickly hung up on him and uninstalled your app. Just needed to warn you all how simply someone can use this app to see all info on phones/computers.

We use ISL Online desktop to support our customers, this app works really well for us to also get access to their phones when they need it. That is all we have used it for, but it does what is needed. There is no option to control but being able to see a phone remotely and advise is invaluable and I believe that is an Android limitation, not the app.

I'm pretty sure that this app is being used to watch and see what my device is doing. This is because when I go to "Log" inside the app settings, there are hundreds of occasions where it's been on when I haven't realised, as I said, this is only a theory and I have nothing else to prove my point however once you install the app, it is there forever as I have tried on numerous occasions to remove it from my device but can't, hope this helps someone and you can probably find something better
