Isolved (nothing) is still trash and the update now just makes everything big and nasty looking. Can't download paystubs or tax forms. Paid holidays shows no one clocked in. As a manger, my review stands at 1 star. Everything about the app and the website is NOT user friendly. As a manager trying to fix people's punches are next to impossible. If a corporation is thinking about using Isolved, please for your employees benefit, look at something different.

So impossible to use, I have to authenticate everytime I log in FOUR. TIMES. A. DAY. And it's rarely the same layout, had to go to accounting multiple times to get them to fix it.

Horrible app keeps telling me There was a problem with your request please try again, my HR already reset my account, still nothing, tried changing my password , nope, have tried from both mobile and my laptop . Would not recommend this type of service to anyone especially when it's job imperative

Terrible This app is an example of thoughtless implantation It's NOT an app. It's a shortcut to the web, and it sucks. Like, really. The only thing I like about is being able to see my paycheck before getting paid. The rest is poorly designed and feels dated.

This app freezes, takes almost DAYS to load and my company hates it. Everyone complains. Fix this thing. Update the app for Android or something. Cuz it logs in and nothing happens. The options aren't even on the screen and I can't punch in or out.

Really poorly done. Works like one of the first apps for smart phones. Awkward, constantly asks if you want it to remember this device and it never does, always asks if you want to add security authorization with the "never ask this again" firmly checked. Super annoying app

App works pretty good but too many clicks to get around. Also, app does not refresh completely after clicking "I'm done". When you go back later to log in the old session is still running. Only after you enter a few clicks does the app finally reset.

Can't access the app, as soon as I try to log in it tells me "You're not configured to use Adaptive" and I have to log in via the website. I just downloaded this about 5 mins ago so theres no chance i missed an update.. Problem is, I'm on mobile, hence why I got the app, and the website is unusable on a smart phone. Absolutely trash design, your app is just a redirect to your website and a huge waste of time.

Terrible product. HR people please don't buy this service. I don't think they don't have the infrastructure to handle busy times when people need need to clock in and and out such as top of hour. The app slows to crawl if can log in at all. This will make people miss punches and force you the payroll manager to constantly be adjusting time cards.

This app and just whole site in general is god awful. If I could give it no stars I would... ;( The basic home page set up is unusable... Everything is so much more difficult to find than needs to be. Not to mention I'm unable to see the majority of the info I DID have EASY access to when using another app before our company made a switch.... What a terrible decision... I really hope something will be changed/fixed soon this is just incredibly inconvenient for something so important.?!

My company switched to this service about 6 weeks ago, I'm still trying to figure out what's so "GREAT" about this app. Not to mention that I used to get my pay 2 days early via direct deposit now it's the night before, and it's damn near impossible to reach out to anyone to help navigate this garbage app. If things get better I will update my review and leave more stars but as of now this is where I'm at smh

This app/web link hardly works. I haven't been able to use it for the last 2 days. Every time I click on the app all I get is a white page and nothing loads. I have to resort to using the actual website which is not user friendly or easy to use on a phone. I'm sad the company I work for switched to this system because it has been nothing but a huge problem from the beginning. Judging by the fact this app is only rated 2 stars really says something about the app itself.

App is broken. It's also not a real app. It's browser based. It doesn't save my phone or login preferences. It said it was going to use my screen lock as the login and never did again. It always asks for a security code from my email. Then it takes me to weird random pages after logging in.

This app is extremely inconsistent, every time I've tried to log in today. When I went to login today it would not let me log in when I finally did login it locked me at immediately. I went to reset my password and the email address that it said it was linked to was someone else's so I backed out and try it again same login and gave me another person's email over and over till finally it gave me my property email and that would not load the page constantly having problems with this app.

All it does is open the website in a browser window, there's nothing to the app itself. After logging in it kicks back to the app, which... kicks over to login, again in a cycle, because I use a third-party browser and it can't handle that. I need to uninstall the app to log in in my browser and stay that way.

Terrible app. Interface, reliability, & navigation viewing are terrible. We are required to use this app to log in to get paid. When these things affect my stress levels first thing in the morning, looking at blank screens, wondering if I will get paid correctly, having to remember to input corrections, etc... doesn't seem worth it.

What the actual hell did you guys do to this app?? Completely unusable not. It was never really what I would call good in the first place considering it's just a web browser link, but now It can't even load the login screen. I get a blank white screen with no indication anything is happening. I'm constantly timed out and have to go through 2 step verification, it never remembers my device, and it won't let me set up touch ID. I need this app to clock in work. GET IT FIGURED OUT.

Basic time card app (web page) which is easy to use for clocking in and out... when it works. Since I last updated, it's forcing me to authenticate *every single login* which is incredibly annoying. It also no longer remembers the password, which makes 2 extra steps twice a day. PLEASE make the ability to remember the password work again and do away with the authentication *every single login.*

Low grade time card app to say the least. I think it could be great but it just isn't. It has some nice features to it but at the same time it is over encumbered with stuff nobody needs wants or ever uses. Is a constant issue that this app will say that you clocked in or out and then it never shows up on the time card. There are times where I have to clock out two and three times before it ever shows up on the time card. I think the app designers need to scale the app back to be more user-friend

This app is atrocious. It asks for authentication every time you log in. It doesn't seem to sync properly with the desktop version (to the point where the head of our HR told us to not use the app). Coming from Paylocity, this is a ridiculous app that seems like it should be cool (awesome front end user interface), but really doesn't follow through with back end strength. Steer clear!
