Today the application is not showing me any of my tickets or carnets! i also suggest that the old carnet to be hidden and only the current carnet related to the current day shows. also this application should have a strike related information. also, a way via the application to refund the amount from the wallet instead of calling the italo customer service (no one pick up anyway).

What's the point of making me download this dedicated app when you're not going to provide the one functionality that is presumably harder to attain using a normal mobile browser? I refer to the ability to choose a given seat in a given coach, Which can only be done in the web version.

App with an overall low quality feel, login rather difficult with the password field randomly resetting. Generic error messages all over the place (wrong password at the login also results in a "try again" error. I definitely should not try again in this case, should I?)

The page went blank after confirming my payment. Try to contact customer service both from apps and website but cannot find any. I booked from overseas, and the only way to contact them is by international call. Not good.

app seems fine, but not happy that there is almost no customer support, you can only call and talk which I'm pretty sure will cost a lot of money just to wait in the queue. ( calling from abroad) should have as email service to help. the web page talks about being able to change tickets but that's only the name, i would like to change the seat number.

Very nice app. Allows for fingerprint login. Adding favorites, checking schedules and purchasing tickets with this app is fairly easy. Freccia Rossa developers should take examples from this app to redo theirs. It seems you can only add profile information if you live in Italy or San Marino.

Excelent app. Very easy to use and intuitive. Fluid and modern design. Really enjoyed the feature "Ready to go": as I arrived early for my trip, the app immediately suggest that I change my ticket to and earlier train for a symbolic price. Well done.

I end up taking the competitor's trains just because of how glitchy and slow the app is. I like their trains, just don't want to put up with how slow and irritating it is to buy tickets from the app. (Also travel packs are badly integrated)

Extremely slow and frustrating to use. When you sign up, you can set a 32 characters password, which you can't use to log in because of a stupid "invalid length" error. Seems like the sign up part and the login part have been implemented by two different persons / teams who didn't talk to each other.

Slow, and requires internet connectivity to display the tickets you purchased. Without internet connectivity it doesn't show the tickets.

1 star due to booking a ticket before making an account, and not being able to add that ticket to my account. Will make 5 stars if this is implemented. I need to add this ticket to my account.

App aggiornato ha perso mio Carnet (ancora 4 biglietti non utilizzati) e non trova 2 biglietti già prenotati. Che faccio ???? App cannot find my Carnet (4 tickets not used) and cannot find 2 tickets I have booked but not used yet. Fortunately I still have the email confirmation - but how do I use the tickets on my Carnet?

Excellent process. Sign up. Become a member. I got 2×1 Special. Speed train, that I'm USA 🇺🇸 they dream to have! 5 Star. Haven't traveled yet, but looks amazing!

No information regarding delays. Just wait in front of the departures board and stand for hours. Very bad experience.

Took Italo prima class from Napoli to Florence (end Turin). Disorganized station, no advance platform info. The train is like a local metro. There is space for 3 checked bags per coach which sits 40+. Rude people put small bags there and come to fight when you rearrange. Their bags which could easily fit above the seats. Unscheduled stops, so keep running to your luggage 5 coaches away in case someone steals it. The AC felt like 25*C and I was sweating with all this running. Horrible experience

If there were a way for the app to display tickets purchased for Italo but through different apps (using the same email as identifier) such as omio, trainline, etc. the app would be a perfect 10. [Or even to input these tickets by hand.] The ability to change tickets to a different day or time without horrendous penalties made me a lifelong customer. I don't understand other train services' need to price gouge so severely when you are rebooking on the same carrier.
