They dont nominate themselves as agent on your application, submit you as individual so any errors and the embassy will contact you directly asking why. False & misleading.The 'expert team different rep each time with inconsistent advice, and dont solve any issues Submitted my application full of errors then did not cancel old application. I had to research how to do thier job & tell them how to do it. Late visa- cancelled consular appointments and possibly cancelled flights

This app is a scam. Do not use it. They charged super high fees and never delivered my visa after weeks! They refused to give me a full refund and only partial. Moreover, after that my credit card details got leaked and I got charged for fraudulent payments! Absolute scam.

Horrible experience. They kept asking for the same documents over and over and after weeks of getting no where my gf and I were not able to go on vacation. Once you submit a document you had to sit and wait for a response via what's app. Which took days only to be asked again for the same documents over and over. Don't use this service. HORRIBLE

overall happy with the app/service so far. the photo submission feature felt finicky and doesn't provide specific feedback on what you need to edit to make your photo meet requirements. but customer service was super responsive and helped with that.

Used this app for our trip to Bali. After some confusion, they emailed me my documents. When I arrived in Bali, officials informed me that I only had declarations, not visas. Had to paid $65.70 US for visas. When I contacted iVisa about this, they said I only paid for declarations. I asked why I wasn't informed that I needed to obtain visas, no response. And by the way, declarations are free at the airport. DON'T USE THIS APP!

I made a mistake and had to cancel my order. Within less then an hour i contacted the company and they guided me for a full refund. I was refunded with little hastle. Recomend to try it out.

I paid through this app to fill in a visa form that could've been filled in by just going into the country government link, so they then refunded half of what i paid.

Malaysia digital entry card is free for my country using official links. This company put a sponsored link which I unfortunately wnet into and ended up payong 104 SGD for a thing that costs zero. Fraudsters.

I did this as suggested by Princess cruise line. I only have a layover in the airport in Australia. I'm wondering why this much hassle to sit 2 hours in the airport lounge and catch the connecting flight?

It's a scam. I was stuck at the airport, trying to get a transit visa to singapore and they offered one in 30 mins or 4hrs at either ($214 or 19000 INR) and all I got was a health declaration which I can complete for free myself. No visa and somewhere in the fine print they expect you to fall for this scam. Couldn't go see my sick brother because of these people. No humanity

Absolute scam . . . . . Third party website. Should not cost $175nzd for a visa to India only $18nzd. Don't not fall for this, looks very professional. No one contacts you when you want a refund or want to cancel the subscription. I will change my review when someone gets in contact with me Edit * I get no refund either, also they sign you up to a yearly subscription so make sure you get that cancelled too . . . . . Read all other reviews says same thing!

Creating account is easy and starting of applications but once reach the payment option! Google payment doesn't work with response something went sorry there was a problem on our end. When try out the card payment the response comes up: call your bank or change currency yet the same card I use on Amazon, ebay and many more websites. Quite disturbing and the worst part is the whatsapp care, only bot response is available.

Checked how much an eVisa was for the country I'm going to, and it was way cheaper when I paid to get the visa through the countrys website. Also, I got my eVisa instantly instant of having to wait 24 hours and pay an extra fee for processing time, which is outrageous! Through the app, cost was around $80 for a 24-hour application( it's more if you want it faster). I paid $50 and got it instantly elsewhere. I wouldn't use this app to get a visa for anywhere!
