i upgraded my package from lite to premium becoz i have no problem watching it on my phone. after upgrade and change phone from samsung 7 to 10 plus now it crashes all the time and when even when using laptop with fastest internet the video lags or hang up. all u can hear is voice and read captions nothing else! the phone apps is garbage! been contacting support but they cant figure out and saying they can open and watch it in their end. i guess their system need an upgrade! so irritating!!!😡

I stream on TV and it gets frustrating. So many bugs need fixing but will only mentioned few. 1. New episodes don't get uploaded on time ( faster on youtube and its free). 2. When new episodes get uploaded, the video keeps freezing but audio continues im the background so will end up to reset app multiple times to watch in full as a workaround. 3. I pay $22.99 a month but i sometimes get "not a subscriber" when trying to watch new episode. :(

I subscribed with TFC on the premium plan. For the operating system at that time, I managed to watch the movies and tv shows, documentary fine. Now that IWant is merging with TFC, it would bolster the viewing experience if, there was autoplay after an episode OR next or back buttons so one doesn't need to return to the show's main page to find the episode. In addition. It would help if skipping some scenes to move back or ahead is allowed. If not, we have to watch the whole episode again.

The recent "system upgrade" messed up my Premium subscription. Keeps saying I'm on a FREE PLAN while also showing a record on the app of my PREMIUM purchase. It's been almost a week and all support could suggest was clear cache, data and history and uninstall reinstall or relog in which I have done multiple times. The issue is obviously not on any of the devices I'm using but on iWantTFC's end. Useless customer support. Very problematic app.

*UPDATED REVIEW: AMAZING UPDATE! Way better than before. Previous review: 2 stars This app needs a lot of work. Like when I watch a show, instead of giving the option to play the next episode (or auto play the next episode), it always goes back to the home page after every episode is done. Then I have to search for the show again and look for the next episode. With how much they charge every month, they should have a better working app than this. Never had a problem like this with other apps.

App is not working. The app recommends me to open the browser instead. It's difficult to watch it direct to the website. The maximize icon to watch it fullscreen is only available less than a second during the ad. You won't see the maximize icon after that. You have to manually zoom in and because of that the quality of the video is not that good. I think $12.99 per month is expensive too. Other subscriptions that I have costs between $4.99-$6.99 per month like Disney+, Hulu and Viki.

so I downloaded the app yesterday, I even got the premium subscription... and I must say that the app is so not worth it! it takes forever to load... sometimes I have to restart my phone just to get the app functioning.... it's very frustrating and a total waste of time... I even tried calling my network just to see if it's maybe my line but its not.. it's the app itself..I want a full refund! this is totally insane!

2017: Please fix the problem with the latest update on your app!!! It was working great till you guys decided to "upgrade" but actually "degraded" it to basically "useless!!!!!" Either fix it or bring back the old version! It's 2022 and decided to give it another try, and it's even worse. Now the app cannot even establish connection. I'm pretty sure it is not my network.

Very poor app, it takes forever to load. some episode on the english subtitle shows are not even loaded yet, it's so annoying to wait for them to get updated. need to have a next episode button instead of going back and trying to find the next episode. too many bugs that needs to be fixed. I dont know how long I can keep paying for a subscription that is poor and you dont care to fix it.

So, I've been using the app for a week now, and it was fine, until recently, I can not search anything, nor play any videos. I attempted clearing cache, force stopping, uninstall and reinstalling the app, signing out and in of the app, and nothing worked. I did even try switching from WiFi to mobile network, but both are already run way above the 2 mbps it runs at 70 mbps. I have a premium subscription and it's going to waste now. If there is a solution to this, I would rate it 5 stars.

TFC app in Roku Ultra: after the recent "upgrade" the layout sucks. I prefer the simple interface in previous version. I"m not sure if your app version is even tested or getting feedback for a User experience. I will be honest, it isn't even Good. If you need Beta testers I am willing to participate so TFC can be improved! And wait "My List" is gone? Why??? Android App: laggy and landscape mode isnt perfect. Overall not user friendly and very hard to navigate. Needs improvement definitely

Edit 7/16/22: I appreciate the improvement on your latest update. My previous concern about navigation control months ago has long been fixed and now working just fine. I'm happy watching all the shows again! ------------------ The recent update is hard to navigate. The bottom navigation can't be drag to do rewind/fast forward. If I need to rewind, I have to rewatch the whole episode from the beginning. Such a waste of time!!!!

This app has so many errors! First, I had to restart because it kept having an error message. Now it keeps asking me to log in, but my log in is invalid! Why am I paying for premium if I don't get the added functions or for the app to function properly! Now the app freezes what I'm watching and starts from the beginning and doesn't let me fast forward to where it froze in the first place! I'm canceling my subscription after my last show ends!

Update: the full screen mode works now.. but it is still annoying to navigate the episodes list. It doesn't show the date you're watching. My mom, a senior citizen is having difficulty navigating the episodes list, the text size are too small now. The latest update with the format is very annoying. I usually watch on my phone and now it won't display in my phone's whole screen when playing an episode. Also it is very difficult to navigate in the new format. Please bring back the old format.

My app updated overnight and I feel that the app is even more difficult and confusing to use. 1. The mobile app no longer has the capability to cast my shows. It makes me open the web application to perform this function. I'm also unable to rewind/fast forward. 2. English subtitled versions are gone. Im paying for a premium experience and I feel that some of the comments could be used by the developers to enhance the app (e.g. the ability to autoplay the next episode). Such a disappointment!

Update** Trying to watch uaap live and I keep getting kicked out of the it. The ad will play and then it will stop. Also, I dont know why I keep seeing ads when I'm a premium member. What's the point of upgrading when you still see ads? ** There's always something new that needs to be fixed. At the moment, I can log in to the app but when you press play to watch a teleserye it takes FOREVER to download.

1 star because it's the default. My real rating is -1 star. Problematic app. I'm a paid subscriber, but when I changed my password, it switched me back to unpaid subscription. Was not able to finish the series that I was watching. Also, each series episodes seem to be only playing in 10 minute increments, they show more of what happened in past episodes and opening credits than new content. Now I have to cancel, which I'm sure will also be a pain in a$% to do. Don't subscribe!

The app is very convenient for all of us filipinos abroad who wants to feel at home from time to time. Few things though: the app keeps on lagging and freezing. It is hard to navigate episodes from a show in the app, like if you want to watch continuously, it wont let you, and you have to pick the episodes one by one. I wish it could be developed just like how netflix plays their episodes, it automatically jumps to the next episode. And the price is getting steep, too.

Chromecasting TFC TV is now a hit and miss since the update, and this is still happening even after re-installing the app several times on Android phone's latest version. Issue is definitely not from Chromecast as other mobile apps such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube are working fine. Also, advertisement is rudicoulously excessive. Previous amount of advertisement was tolerable, but adding two or three more before the actual video loads is already a cumbersome, then this app's issue will occur several times before a subscriber can actually watch. TFC, is there a way you guys can improve customer service? Not everyone has the patience to deal with it. Thank you.

UPDATE: It got fix for a month. Now its glitchy again. We uninstall and reinstalled it so many times. It wont play any video on our TV. This is the only app that is not working on our TV!...!!!!!! .... s stillI just resubscribed and now im thinking of unsubscribing!!!! The app is the worst! same as the app on our TV. We never had any problems with other App other than this! Keeps asking me to sign in! when my log in details is saved! Annoying!!!!!
