Waste of money The microphone does not work. In order to get the microphone to work, I have to uninstall the app, reinstall it, it will work once, then that's it. It won't work again unless I uninstall the app and reinstall it. Garbage!

It doesn't work, the camera connects, but it can't film, or show the stream in the app. The video quality is also poor and not smooth. - -Edit (version 2.3.27): The iwfCam works after recharging it, but the quality of the video is not good, plus isn't smooth at all.

Works decently well. It consistently connects to the device, but there's an unfortunate amount of lag and sound desync. It also flat out can't use an SD card, as it times out every time it tries to format it. So being unable to auto-record is a huge problem.

Was great until the latest update. Now, it keeps trying to connect or doesn't send and take any pics for notifications. I only see birds if I open it. Even then, it keeps freezing. Was great before the update. Please fix

Has worked perfectly for 9 months. Had n update today and now it doesn't work. Won't open AT ALL. It even made it disappear from my app page in my settings. I'm missing out on ALOT of very important stuff now. Not happy!

Fire the software janitor! Works ok some of the time. The motion sensor doesn't always catch movement, the time setting is inaccurate and the files on the sdcard stopped showing thumbprint pictures and I can't play them anymore. I get the feeling this company doesn't care and repeat customers in their country isn't a thing.

Seriously frustrated and would be happy to change review if issue gets resolved.... I have the chicken coop door but when I try to set the automatic time function for the door to open and close the app just shuts down. I have restarted my phone, I have reinstalled the app multiple times. I need the timing function to work or this is worthless.

App needs to be fixed! Am hoping from looking at some of the recent reviews that it's just the latest update that has broken things. I got a couple of the little 3cm cube cams and got them set up ok but can only play the recordings in the app, not vlc player or share them anywhere. Also none of the micro SD cards I've tried are recognised.

I can find the WiFi network and the camera shows up in the app. There is no video. It just says "logging in...", my home WiFi networks don't show up in the app, it just times out. But then again I can't even directly connect to the camera either so it's basically just a very light paperweight at the moment

Easy setup except for setting the schedule. Worst part is it will not allow me to select the sound. I selected select okay exit come back in and it's disabled again. I have no use for a notification that sounds the same as all my other notifications. It needs to be an alarm, which is what was advertised.

Microphone doesn't work, no zoom in or out, 1080p only no other resolution's alarm only works when I am on the same wifi. And the setting seem backwards, no functions are labeled, and the delete for video's only works on my computer. But hey I can view and record no sound or anything else really. Why'd this cost so much anyways? Sorry you have a good camera, just lousy software. Takes away from it entirely.

Camera stopped working after barely 2 months. After initial setup all worked OK even online/remote access. A couple of times it didn't show anything or "lost" signal, no big deal. Suddenly starts going offline all the time, for last 2 days. Today I notice it won't turn on even for 2 minuets. After troubleshooting with Amazon and reinstalling the app, camera won't even turn on anymore, we never touched it, just worked with the app. Amazon referred to vendor for warranty.

Connects when it feels like it. Doesn't stay connected long. The app is buggy and the camera just says request service most of the time. When it does connect the night vision blows unless the camera is a foot away from what you want to view. Live feed is choppy and about 20 seconds delay. Camera reboots itself and refreshes settings such as blinking led on and night vision on. App is a waste of time and camera is a waste of money. If I could give it zero stars I would.

The app worked fine before the latest update and would have received 4 or 5 stars. However, since the app updated and the firmware on my cameras was updated, live streaming is almost impossible and the cameras are pretty much useless at this point. On the ocassion when it does work, it only stays live for seconds before buffering and completely losing connection. Very disappointed. Hopefully they resolve the issue as I have several cameras in use. Will be looking for more reliable replacements.

Fair warning. Don't change Internet providers OR travel with them. Money down the drain. 0 customer support after a month of teaching it many ways including email with photos. Unable to change WIFI as after the first setup the device settings in the camera on the app disappears. Is you plan on using just one wifi and never ever changing it, or moving, then it works fine.

It IS tricky to connect to wifi. But it does connect. It does capture pics when motion is detected. Sometimes it doesn't catch the mail man and shoots blanks. Probably my sensitivity levels need adjustment. Night vision is terrible. Microphone works one way only. The damn blinking light always turns back on no matter how many times you turn off and disable it which is my biggest complaint. I prefer to be incognito when I eat a burrito with Danny Davito. That's pretty neat-o, I know!

Well, night vision only works with some kind of light near the devices vicinity. The camera seems to lag when there's a lot of motion going on. It's extremely difficult to figure out the download option. There's no option to save the data anywhere else or to even be able to share it if it refuses to download. There's no playback option. Seems like sound & action are out of sync, especially if you try to rewind or FF the clip. App crashes all time. No support.
