Very Bad Service. You can not add Trusted device . You cannot see your Mada Card in your mobile Application . without Mada Card we cannot do any Transaction. we cannot Transfer money from this Account.

Crashing alot + when worked i couldn't apply to any of credit cards not qualified or for national Saudi only .

A lot of bugs in app. Registered but from where we can issue the card ? No idea. Wanted to talk to customer care the chat is slower than the snail.

Cannot sign up, login or contact support. It is like a joke. Always saying, you're part of our family. Tried all options and failed. Tried to reach support got invalid email address. Called me early morning on Friday, do expect any answer?

Dear Developer, I generally don't just download any app your ratings have made it, but I'm sorry to say how one could share his/her experience unless they use it. I have tried with different devices too but failed. I have seen the same remarks from others too. If they were entertained, then the issue suppose to be resolved...

Worst banking app ever. You can't add beneficiary, transfer money or see debit card detail for 24 hours because you "recently added your device as Trusted Device". What? Do you listen what you say? On the top of it, opening an account and enabling debit card is more than 45 minutes job.

An app with a million bugs , i don't know how it's released like that? Always crashing. Device is trusted, and active while doing any action will be rejected with reason (device is not trusted) Finger print can't be activated as it keeps asking for Activating of MPIN while it's already activated Most of icons doesn't work.. Please redo testing again and try to enhance customer journey .

The application is slow and lags a lot, especially when i go to manage my cards tap . It freezes to the point where i have to restart the app . Please fix it
