The app is great in tracking orders. Its just that when you load the app, you are greeted by a BLINDING RED SCREEN. Really hurts your eyes. Hope you could make it a bit healthier for our eyes.

Okay sana sya but won't allow me to take screenshots. It's the only app on my phone na ganito kaarte. Talo pa BDO, BPI, Unionbank, CIMB, GCash na apps ko din sa phone pero nakakascreenshot. I need to screenshot the barcode to send to my other seller sana for drop off pero SOBRANG ARTE NG JNT APP. Daig pa mga banking apps.

Improve this app please, very hassle when you open the app it will only go back to your home screen, every time I use this app , i always uninstall it first and then install it again, so I can use it for booking, how hassle it is !!!!

I love J&T kc very affordable sya its helping me in my business the problem is the online app always crashes down you can only use it once then you have to delete it and re install again and again in playstore... Please do something about it J&T

Useless app. I booked a parcel delivery and it's just there, no update, no change in status, like you need to wait forever for them to acknowledge or take your order.

Stupid app developers for not allowing screenshots, and app could not keep the typed data once you enter tracking number. You really expects us to memorize the 9-digit tacking codes????? Go back to grade school!

Doesnt allow screenshots, doesnt have a copy tracking number feature so you can easily paste when asking for assistance from the support team. How incompetent!!!! Why didnt your app developers and management even consider those things? Anyone with healthy brain cells would have thought of it.

When you download it, you can only use it once and if you exit you have to unistall and install it again so that you can use it again. I can't track my parcel property because of this it's a waste of data. Please fix it

Zero star... App keeps on crashing, needs to clear cache and data, then log back in and its working fine again.. but when you exit from app and later re open it, boom crashed down again... Useless app for tracking and sending parcels.

I was logged out of the app, and when I logged in, I could no longer see my on process orders and completed orders. It just keeps showing me there's no data, even though I've shipped more than 50 parcels already.

very annoying. at first, i was glad that this app would be helpful in deliveries but it's very awful and does not work well. whenever i track my parcels it doesn't work? and they always ask for a verification first :/ when i do the verification, it freezes. please update this app 💀💀

This App is Garbage i wasted my time downloading and deleting it because it stops working when you leave the app And they wont let me screenshot which is a big issue especially when you're booking for the Sender They updated the app..... BUT THEY STILL DIDN'T FIX THE CRASH IM SO SICK OF DOWNLOADING AND DELETING EVERY TIME I NEED TO USE THE APP!!!! ITS WASTING MY DATA AND THEY STILL WON'T LET YOU SCREENSHOT

Very hassle to use. No guide for beginners, plus it keeps on crashing. Such a shame, the delivery service from J&T is great, but the booking service thru this app is frustrating. You can't screenshot the barcode, but then the app will crash. So it's very hassle to uninstall then install again just so I could place a booking 🥺

I booked an order 2x but they dont appear in the "My Orders" tab so I dont have access to various info such as order number, status, etc that are needed in order for me to plan pick up efficiently. I tried to screenshot the bar code so I can show it to JNT rider but it was not allowed so I dont know the order numbers of my bookings. App is easy to use when I type but after it generates the barcode as the final step, it no longer shows my bookings in the My Order tab.

Please consider Gcash as your payment method for shipping fee. Paying in exact cash during pick up is a hassle, also opening of the app takes long. You can't screenshot but atleast make it easy for the user to copy the tracking number. Rider packs the parcel for you, I hope they don't make mistakes with the waybills of the recipient. Hoping for your consideration.

Recently installed the App, added all the information needed including the shipping details and closed it, when I open the App again it's just showing the J&Texpress Logo and not loading at all. Try to force closed the App but still the same. Decided to reboot my phone, uninstall and reinstall the App, login again and shows all previous shipping details is gone, add all details again, closed and opened the App but the issue still the same. Please look into this and fix it asap!

I was able to use it once with no trouble. But the second time I try, it crashes and force closes. It's very disappointing since the people at the drop off site won't even help with the manual encoding. They force people to upload this useless app so we can do business without any actual assistance. SUPER DISAPPOINTING.
