Of course, the main part of our app is high accuracy GPS that will show you the best ways to get to your destination. We try to save as much time for you as possible because we know how important a few hours can be.
Another helpful feature Jack Reports app has is the locations and status of weigh stations. From now on, you will know for sure where the weigh station is open and waiting for your truck to arrive. In addition, we have a powerful AI which analyzes traffic situations and presents you with information about stations.
You can ask and what if there is an emergency situation at the station? Our app solved this problem for you too. One of the bases of the Jack Reports is community. We have more than 10 thousand community reports that can and will inform you about everything that is happening on the weigh station, for example how long it takes at the moment, or will give insight into a definite rest area or truck stop. After that, you can use GPS in your truck to change the route, and that’s all, no problem at all. We try to build a community that is interested in helping itself, so if something happened to you while you were at the weigh scale or truck stop, please, write a small report so everybody would know that there is a problem.

Works as good as you can expect. It relies on drivers input so that is the only downside. Hit and miss. But mostly hit.

Garbage can't get it to work properly. Want to many permission and still didn't work with full permission. This is just garbage

Looks like you've added color to weigh stations like I asked. How about now adding color to rest areas? OLD: A little color for the icons on the map will make them easier to see. Also adding truckstops & other truck parking would make this 4*.

loved it when it was free. now that I pay it is by far the worst app I have ever paid for. constantly loading never works sends random up dates on scales I'm no where near. Free version was so much better.

My load was heavy on the drives so I could only carry about 60 Gallons of fuel without going over 34k. But I wanted to save $75 by topping off with cheaper fuel in Raphine Virginia instead of expensive fuel in PA. My delivery was in Hagerstown, MD so I would be empty before heading into PA. But the app said the scale in Stephens City, VA was open so I didn't fill up. When I got to the scale it was CLOSED! The app still said the scale was open when driving by. Now I'm out 75 bucks! Worthless!

If allowed to always run in background the app will figure out which way your going and give you alerts of open weigh stations. I'm not sure what the subscription is for but I get alerts and I'm not subscribed.

Again I will ReSound with the same problem they have in concept is great the low marks or simply coming because it relies when driver participation and at this time there aren't enough drivers and that is in part due to y'all's fault you should have a lot more drivers download this app before you begin charging for it because of this time it is not worth a dime to pay for because the updates won't be consistent enough again thanks for the free trial but until more people use this app and they won't as long as you're charging with this few of people I'll be not using this anymore

Great app but the only problem is that there isnt enough people that have it downloaded to have a accurate updating system with the weight stations. Went through a couple that were open, when on the app it says it was closed...

30 day trial. I gave it a fair chance. Where I live (small towns and cities) no one is using it. Might be a useful app in major metro areas but if you're in small town America, it's a ghost town. I'm the only one reporting in my state that I've seen.

never worked. said could not find location. made sure it was allowed to use locations in settings. my phone said high accuracy. but app never loaded. kept saying no location try again. android phone. app not worth the download.

This app is a horrible one & of no use, doesn't give you the correct information, even did not report some of the weigh stations that they exist, and finally lands you in the middle of the road that you have arrived. I was about 11.5 miles away from destination & it said you have arrived.

Useless app, i'm going to assume they are using something like google maps traffic report, to show if scales are open or closed, it shows open scales as closed and closed scale as open why? because there is a delay in traffic report. If you want to improve give us option to select if scale is open or closed, as of now app is C.R.A.P

Very good and well worth it when driving. For any driver without pre pass, this is an app that can help and give advance warning if scales are open or close. Still have not fully used this, but do like the concept and ideas!

Way too many bugs. Every time I try to type address it shuts down. Every time I touch menu to put parameters in it shuts down. I uninstalled and reinstalled still same issues. I should have tried it more before I bought it. Friend told me how awesome it was.

I just downloaded the app and haven't used it yet. But I'm seeing people blame the makers for reports being wrong. If this works anything like Trucker Path, it's the drivers that make reports, not the makers of the app. Drivers make false reports on Trucker Path as well. Also, I've had weigh station signs change to open as I'm approaching it.

Had this app installed for almost an entire day. Wrong on the first 2 scales I was using it for. The app said closed but both were open, I updated the status to open, the app immediately reported them closed again. I tried a few times with the same result. The GPS was fine, I guess but scale reports were what I really wanted. If you want scale info, this is NOT the app for you. Uninstalled after a few hours

I think the concept of this app is great, it appears to follow our phones GPS to provide updates instead of driver participation by clicking open or closed. Unfortunately that means it relies on drivers who actually have this app downloaded to their phone to actually work. Since you only have 10,000 downloads, there are not enough participating drivers to provide enough consistant updates across the whole country. It's really not worth the money they are asking to charge.. (not yet) I believe the makers of this app should have waited until they had more participants before trying to charge for it. Thanks for the free trial but I will no longer be using your service

Several complaints I just got pulled onto a scale you reported closed. I entered the scale, was open, This app immediately said no one was on site. I was still on site, and so was the officer. I'm very disappointed that to get the app to operate correctly, I have to uninstall it and re-download every time I use it. This is an ongoing problem ever since you did the last updates. Hope you can get it fixed soon

I like the navigation. The voice is loud and clear. Very impressed with that. But there's no audible notice about weigh stations. Weigh stations status is why I got the app. If I have to look at my phone, it's pointless and dangerous and illegal in some places. Then I saw a notice that I have 9 more free sessions. What!? There is *nothing* in the description about paying for it! You lied by omission. That's sinister and unforgivable. So I'm uninstalling. You cheat, you lose.

My physical GPS decided to give up the ghost so I decided to give the free trial of this app a chance. Very minimal UI which is subjectively good or bad. What soured the experience for me was instability. They give you 7 free "sessions". Swap from one screen to another? App reloads, there goes a session. App crash? Won't reload and/or recalculate route even though you've closed the app, powered off the phone, waited 30 sec, turned phone back on, still stuck on loading. All but 2 sessions gone.
