It's okay but app messes up frequently have I have to close it/restart it or reload. Should be able to redeem rewards online instead of being forced to go in store.

Did a 3rd grader create this app? What a piece of garbage. Every one of their competitors apps work great but theirs is a joke. They have lost my business.

The app worked great until a couple of weeks ago. For some reason, when I try to place an order, the screen turns gray. I have reinstalled it, thinking it might help, but it hasn't.

I've used this app for several years and haven't had issues. It was updated and now the point system is out of whack! You get a meal for 1000 points (was 750(inflation?)) and a double biscuit and gravy is 1500 points. This does not make sense. That's also the only breakfast item on menu. I think a plain sausage biscuit and a single gravy should be 350. Specialty biscuits (ham,smoked sausage,chicken, steak etc) should be 600. Would definitly like to see a double biscuit and gravy be about 600 too

it's a great app when it works properly. I just updated it and I swear I had many more points earned than I do now. Just a fair warning look at your points before you update bc I know I had quite a few more than I currently have after the update. It's like I started over.

I'm having trouble I can't get it to scan qr codes I used it on my old phone and it worked it won't now I do like the app but I'd like it to work pls help or update idk

Problems with upgrade resolved. (I thought!) Still can't get the app to work! Can't add points, can't see balance, not working at all. So if yours is working, I wouldn't risk hitting the "update" option! Makes it useless! ☹️😡😠

I think there's a problem with the scan feature I haven't been able to scan my receipts takes to long to scan them or doesn't read

Every time I try to use the Jack's app and place my order and always tells me that my order failed I have not been able to order from the app in a while now what's going on? And yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled it

This app obviously just had a recent update and unfortunately, it seems that the app developers took more time changing the look in the app, rather than making sure it still functions correctly...when I press "Order" it takes me to a blank screen and nothing happens. Please fix this, because tight now the app is useless.

The new updated version is no good. I have a very difficult time getting the page to load to order food. And also y'all went way up on the amount of points used for rewards...not cool. Every time someone updates something it always seems to be worse. When will ppl learn to leave well enough alone. Also 5 stars for the old outdated version.

i'd probably eat at jack's way more if the app actually allowed me to edit things like condiments. i have food sensitivities, i can't get everything "as is", and it's a huge oversight that i can't edit the way i need to, and instead have to physically go in or through the drivethru to order when literally every other food app on the planet lets me customize as i need. it's very disappointing.

3 days ago this app was randomly uninstalled from my device. After reinstalling I have been unable to log back in. Even thought my password was correct, I attempted the "reset password" process several times in an attempt to gain access to my account, but I keep getting an "oops this phone is taken" error. I sent a support ticket via the website but have not heard back. I had over 1000 points available. Very frustrating.

The app often times does not reflect deals that the actual restaurant has. For example, the Big Box chicken meal is entirely different on app compared to what they offer in-store. You should also be able to redeem points when making an online order. Not having to show a QR code at the store. Overall functionality is good, just could be simpler for the customer

I like the app, but it should show prices on the pages where you can see the full list of meal types (like the burgers list, or the chicken list). Having to open each on individually to see prices makes me not even want to eat at McDonald's. And the nutritional info isn't accessable, this also makes me want to eat elsewhere. Other than that I like the app is convenient, it just needs those changes for me to keep eating at Jack's.

There's nowhere to order extra sauce. Some of the normal items on the menu are not on the app. New items frequently just refuse to show up. One of my biggest frustrations, is there is no option to keep someone signed into the app. I really hope to see these issues resolved in the near future. As Jack's is the only restaurant within reasonable distance to my home. P.S. It would be amazing if you put an Easter egg to unlock the hidden off menu menu. So we can get that chopped steak dinner. ;-)

App seems to run smoothly, but it's incredibly unintuitive and a real slog to actually use. First I had to log in twice and select my restaurant twice. I was browsing the menu, selected a category, didn't see anything in it I was interested in, so I used my phones back button to go back one screen (to the main menu screen) as seems to be standard function for Android apps, but it took me all the way back to login. Using an app shouldn't take more time and trouble than ordering in person.
