It is not clear that on signing up payment is automatically taken every 3 months, I have now seen I have paid £48 since September. I was happy to pay £12 for 3 months - I deleted the app as wasnt useful to my specific holiday search and thought no more of it. Until today when I saw a payment had been taken. Not impressed.

Premium user. The app has recently stopped notifying me of new deals, despite having notifications switched on, so it's a good job I get the emails. Using Huawei P9 Lite. Edit: contacted JFC following their response and with Stefan's help app now working perfectly - great deals coming through as they should. Upgraded from 1 to 5 stars. Great customer support too.

Absolutely the most amazing app for all frequent travellers and not only. I have already booked flights to Thailand for £500 return and flights to New York for £350 return thankfully to this app. This really will save you money. I use the premium version, for £39/year but definaly saved hundreds . Not only finds you great deals but also you save money on airport lounges ans parking. Absolutely worth it.

I went ahead and splashed out on the premium version and it's been great. I have been helping some friends around me find some great deals and I myself took advantage of a 300 pound flight to Vietnam last year. Holding out for Japan under 400 this year. Fingers crossed. App works great, really intuitive, easy layout. Keep up the good work team

I'm still receiving the emails as well as the app notifications though I set up the app multiple times! The app is not doing it's only function which I believe was to replace emails. Hence the one star rating. EDIT: After my first review a decided to leave the club by unsubscribing from the emails but forgot to delete the app itself. Now interestingly I receive only push notifications. Would be 5 stars if it was working flawlessly from the beginning.

Been almost a year I've been using the app and more importantly the service it comes with. I'm more than happy to have plumped down for the premium service as I saved the subscription many times over through one flight booking. You really get the most out of this if you have a passport with visa free access to many countries as you can take advantage of the random dates in which deals appear but even for those without such a passport, there are still plenty of deals that might just lure you in!

Overall, the app doesn't add much to the emails. The main section consists of full copies of deals that have been emailed to me. I have the premium sevice but premium deals are not clearly marked in the app. It would also be helpful to have the option of removing the introductory text that appears in the emails and getting straight to the flight info to minimise scrolling time. The guide section is a link to the website.

At the moment, it appears to be unusable: for the last while, it hung on the splash screen, but now it requires a renewed data entry (departing airports) but without a data entry box. It seems that users are being experimented on without their agreement. Normally, this is a bit clunky but serves the purpose. Perhaps less development and more auditing would be more satisfactory. Anyway, the above error has now been corrected.

Though I am a new customer (VIP), I feel the deals are genuine. with so many apps in the market, not all of them offer the same price as promised, but assume not this app. looking forward to my 1st booking. it's fairly straight forward and simple to use. If there is any provision to get just Business class deals may be separate it with different. color or text font this will be really useful.

Lots of deals as a premium member but every deal I've tried so far has not shown the prices that I've seen from the app/emails, even when it's the same day. Maybe it's just the nature of these flights, but at this point I think I'm better off setting flight alerts in advance for places I'm interested in than hoping one pops up on Jack's Flight Club and then being disappointed that the price changed.

THIS IS A SCAM. They take a small amount of money for a trial THEN do not notify you when the full amount is taken. When you discover this the 14 day refund time has expired. J can also say having unwittingly and unintentionally continued to subscribe that the so called deals offered are useless to the vast majority of people and zero fare errors notified as they claim to inform you about. AVOID.

Me and my wife just went on a trip in April to Japan with a jack flight deal. Not a scam they keep track of Google flights from selected airports. Idk what the rest of these people's issues.

Can't log in. Advertises flights from far away airports. Can't easily filter results. Shows outdated or expired deals. Generally a frustrating app and program.

It's a pain to search for flights to where you want to go, so you have to sift through all the places you don't want to go and hope they have something you like. There is no search option. Pointless app Google flights dose more than this
