Ridiculous. Half the time, you're not able to login especially if there's a release or early access. Even if you're already logged in, it will log u out. App keeps saying to try again later. I'm not understanding why updates don't improve user's experience. Needs fixing AGAIN!

DO NOT even bother with JD Sports or Finish Line. I bought a lot of shoes off of them and last year in June I got a release that I didn't pick up and my account has display the same pair of shoes and I have not got another release ever since. the June of 2023 sneaker is still in there and every notification and email I get saying that I qualify for the release it won't let me get it because this thing is stuck in there. I have reached out several times and they never fixed it so good luck to you

So many issues ordering from this app. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes Dec 22 that were supposed to arrive before Christmas. One of the pairs was canceled from my order because they never had it in stock. The other pair took until January 10th to arrive. When I opened the package there was only one shoe in the box. Waited 50 minutes to talk to someone only for someone to pickup and hang up right away. Called back to wait another hour and a half for some girl with some stank attitude.

App sucks it's slow. It's have millions glitches.. right now it's says update the app in order to use it but app update is not available on Google play .. crazy..

This is literally the only app that logs me out for no reason at all. I could be browsing or checking out from my cart. Boom...logs me out and won't let me log back in. Hot garbage!

This app does not let me sign in. Every attempt that I make it tells me to contact customer service, and it reads an error. Very irritating!

Why every time you leave off the app, then come back, it says you need the latest version of the app, but dang it, how many times do I need to keep updating? This is really getting in the way. This really terrible.

Horrible App! Will not allow you to check out with PayPal. Every time I try to log in, it tells me I have update the app, and that's 3-4 times a day.

It continues to log me out and says for me to update when there isn't an update available! This has caused me(a collector) to miss out on multiple shoes. I love JD & Finish Line, so please fix this issue!

Absolutely ridiculous been trying for two weeks to order a pair of shoes and can't do it it redirects me to update new version of app and when I try it just redirects me locks me up it's horrible can't order the shoes from the store after calling the store and they put on the one pair left in the store in the size I need so I could order them. So can't get the discount if I don't order on-line it should be removed about updating the app so it doesn't lock you out of ability to order it's junk

It's not working... it has a message saying it needs to be updated. But when you press ok it takes you to the Google Play Store. It's no updates at the Google store. It's like the circle of death on the box...

They send me access granted then block me off the site for the next 45 mins till they sale out. I have to re sign in about 30 times and then they're all sold out. But when they send that message that says they got some new bs in. You'll be able to get on asap.

Clicking on a notification and every time it tells me either I'm signed out and don't get to see what the notification sent or tells me there's an update but there isn't. Love the store but hate the app

App has several glitches in which you constantly get locked out of your account not allowing you to access reward points. I had over 17,000 points disappear or expire during a time I was locked out of my account and your reviews show what are the customers were also locked out and it was an ongoing issue. Discontinued for 6 to 8 months then suddenly days after the pointe expired I was suddenly able to get back into the account. Go figure

App pushes notifications like any other app, and when I choose to click on said notification, it temporarily freezes my phone(23 Ultra) then eventually opens where it tells me I need to update the app.... even tho there is no update. Then when I go back to the app, I've been signed out. This happens way too often and I'm officially over it.

Nothing but issues, never had a smooth simple transaction with JD unless I'm in store. Every sneaker release purchase I have tried I get to the cart and then nothing happens. It takes forever to get in sometimes. My other online purchases my points NEVER get applied to my account. Contacted customer service about it. They say they'll add my points and it NEVER HAPPENS. So I cannot take advantage of the Status rewards. With today's release of the J11 space Jams attempt. I'm done with JD.

Buyer beware. I saw a product on this app, in stock. Added to my cart, put in my purchase info and got to the confirmation screen but no confirmation number. Email never came. Called my bank, they took money and refunded it a second later. Purchase was canceled. Unreliable app, shop elsewhere if you want a confirmed purchase. After contacting customer service they pretty much said tough luck and the same thing happened the next time I tried. No sense in even contacting them.

I would give it a zero if I could. THIS APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!! It is not the 1st time, it happens very often. I go and place stuff in my basket, go back to check out something else and now everything I just added is gone. Sometimes it's an easy yet annoying fix by logging out and back in. Sometimes that doesn't work! I have to go and do everything again. It gives me a hard time. I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER AND IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. I HAD TO USE MY DESKTOP COMPUTER.

It's trash! It doesn't work anymore. The last update makes it redirect to the web which is fine but if you're a status member you can't login. Put it back the way it was, just provide a better connection to your servers. This is ridiculous. What's the point of being a status member if you can't even login when you're alerted that you have access. Even if it is 10-20mins after it went live (sarcasm)!
