Need to contact your dealer? No problem, simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle+, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security and more, all combining to provide new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including Wear OS.

I download it when I bought my new jeep grand cherokee overland and used it for two months, and it was working great. I was able to turn on my vehicle from the app, not anymore. I have uninstalled and installed the app many times, it crashes and does not display the turn on button or location of the vehicle. Somwthing needs to be done to get this fixed. It is an inconvenience!!!

The app does not work! All the options for the car are gone! (Lock, unlock, start, location of car) The app is not connecting to the car. In the car, I have a full tank of gas. The app is saying I have an empty tank!! I have been working with Jeep on this matter for the past three weeks! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app four times, and I had to do resets in the jeep as well - NOTHING has changed! The app worked great in March - I loved it. Whatever happened needs to be fixed!

It's a decent looking app, I'll give it that. However, it fails to update the cars status constantly. Had the 4xe plugged in for 4 hours, and the app never indicated charge level and completely missed that the car was charging. Another issue is it takes way too long to use any remote functions, that is, when they work. Can take up to 2 minutes for a remote lock/unlock/start. Deleting and re-downloading does not fix issues.

App worked for a few months, but then said there is an update and it won't open, despite the fact that I have the latest version. Jeep responded to this issue within hours of this review. They fixed it and the app works great, remote start with the app, vehicle history report, location report, etc. all looks great!

it works 10% of the time. Ever since the new app was released, I've had troubles. The remote start would repeatedly fail for every reason at once. Until every problem disappears and it works. I've provided all of the information that FCA asked for. As far as I know, the IT department is on the case. Now, I don't see failed start requests anymore. I now see that requests were received with a big green check. But that is just a lie. The Jeep doesn't start through the app. How about a refund?

App works great for my needs. Yea, occasionally it's a bit slow to start my Jeep and update in the app, but I'm ok with that as I usually have a solid few minutes walk out of work to where I park, so I just start it a few minutes before I leave and when I get to the Jeep, it's already warmed up and ready to go, with the climate control already cooled down or warmed up inside, depending on the time of year. It even shows my exact vehicle, complete with hood decal, which is cool.

When opening the app today, after an alert that I'd exited my boundary (but my jeep is still in my driveway), I got a pop up for an update. Updated the app. Tried to log in but it keeps saying to update, even though I already did. Force stopped and no change. About to uninstall/reinstall, will edit of it works. Also just got another boundary alert as I'm sitting inside the jeep in my driveway. 😠 😡 NOPE! Still cycles me through the update death spiral. Stellantis, this sucks.

Do better, Jeep. This sucks. The app is functional, yes. but far behind the capabilities of apps offered by other automotive manufacturers. This app is very clunky, not intuitive to navigate, and all remote functions are insanely slow. Also, the SiriusXM Guardian services (that you need this app for) are pretty expensive... Considering other manufacturers just include this functionality in the price of the vehicle. This leaves the customer feeling like they are being 'nickel and dimed.'

Since the retire of Uconnect, this is all you have now. And they at least made the app respond a bit better. But lacks fundamental features. For example, it notifies me that I started charging my vehicle, but only if I plug it in within 10 minutes of turning the engine off. And getting a notification that the Jeep is finished charging? Nope. Uconnect told me that the connectivity service goes to sleep. Sleep? It wakes up to receive my unlock command, but not to tell me the charging is done.

Update - They got the app working again quickly, though it doesn't seem to actually work. Remote start says successful but nothing happens to the car. App was working fine until recently. Says I need to update the app via the play store to log in, yet the app is up to date, so can't even log in to access any functionality or vehicle details.

Updated: app works again. Still kind of sad we have to pay for a subscription after the trial. ....App tells me there's a security update and to update the app but I have the most recent version. Tried to clear cache and app data, re-logged in with my credentials but still not working. Glad I'm still within the trial period. Probably won't end up paying for a subscription to this app which doesn't work anymore. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Honestly I'm wasting my money. The app lags. It takes forever to log in. When I want to start my truck, by the time I get it started I'm already at my truck. Also, i used to be able to schedule maintenance on the app. Now I can't. Right now it won't even let me log in. It keeps saying there is an update, but when I press update it just closes the app.

This app is worthless. Constantly shuts down when trying to use and always fails when I try to remote start my vehicle. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing changed. If the issues don't get fixed soon I'll be canceling. No point in paying for something I can't use. I've also sent an email as instructed to receive no response or help of any kind.

Honestly had HIGH expectations for this newer àpp from Uconnect. Not even close, uconnect updated the location within a couple minutes as the app is open. And the boundary settings worked properly, now I have a thousand notifications and emails about boundaries that aren't even set. Supposed to be top of the line anti theft, but it's not even working correctly if this did happen! Paying for the extra service and it doesn't even work.

Unsure what I'm paying for.. the app is extremely slow to put in any commands or sometimes it doesn't even send a command even though I get a green check mark saying it's been sent and I'm standing next to the car.. have to force close the app, uninstall, reinstall and still nothing works correctly. Wasting my time and money. I rely on this to warm or cool my car during certain times of the year. Also I just recently noticed it no longer shows how much gas is in my tank.. gone since the update.

Vehicle data hasn't updated since August 5th. I had emailed to you the data requested. Today, the App still doesn't work. I uninstalled it and re-installed it. Now I can't get past approving the privacy standards! As of 4/22/2024 - Says update is available, but no update. can't get past login screen. uninstalled/reinstalled three times with same results. 4/22/2024 update - since the response from the developer, I uninstalled and re-installed the Jeep Connect once again, and it appears to work

Update: for months now, the app can't even get past the login screen. Email and pwd auto populated. But login button stays grayed out. Can't click it. Can't seem to take a screenshot; they just come out black. Version 1.87.4 Just got my Jeep the other day. Tried to access some of the videos to learn about certain features. Won't play. Just says "an error occurred while initializing the YouTube player." The message comes fast...it's getting stuck very fast in the process

It's just bad and outdated and it just came out. It logs you out constantly for "security", the notifications don't do anything, it's slow to update with new information like gps even after being prompted that a boundary has been crossed ( so the car knows where it is) it takes another 2 min to update the location. Disappointing but expected after 10 years of terrible app development.

I added a charge schedule and a climate schedule and it doesn't work. I tried starting my jeep remotely through the app and it doesn't work. Tracking the Jeep doesn't update well. The only thing that works at all is the charge level and it's spotty at best. Update: I emailed the application moderator, at their request. They wanted pictures, vin number, Application version, cell devise make and model, Cell OS version. The benefit of the app isn't worth this much work. Dropped to 1 star.

Update: Changing my rating...it still does remote services so I will give a 2. The Programers "help" was to disable and hide all current info about my car from the Jeep app. While they are "sorry for the inconvenience" they see no solution in the near future. While the app will remotely lock and unlock and start the car it doesn't sync the car's health information. None of the data about the car is correct (gas, milage, tires) it displays the data from months ago and never changes.
