Ok app to Guage trails. It's not the most user friendly with the wide scale rating, and could use more approved trails in the north east (and I'm sure other areas), but overall does what it's designed to do and is a great talking point when at meets and shows!

app update erased my latest trail check-ins. edit i am updating my review from one to three stars since badge of honor customer service added my lost trail back. Still i think the app is buggy and an update shouldn't erase any of your data. i love the idea of the program and i am enjoying it, the app from a technical perspective isn't great.

I drove over 2 hours, checked in from 2 different trails on April 2, 2021, applied for both the very next day, it's now July 20, 2021, 4 months later and no badges to show for. It does say submitted on the app too. Have a bunch of friends that went a month ago and they got them already. Tried contacting you 3 times through the email provided and not 1 response. The app is cool though.

I have 4 badges now from 2 areas. I love having them and being able to somewhat show the story of where my Jeep and I have been. You can check in at the trail, even without service and as soon as you get back to a service area, the check in will remind you to finish. Then request your badges! I love that i can get reviews and photos of the trails prior to going.

I keep trying to install this app on my Samsung S24+. I get a message that the app will be installed soon, but nothing happens. Three days now trying and no app.

I'm not receiving my confirmation email, so I'm not able to get into the app. I've had it resnt now 5 times with no link being sent. Yes, I've checked my spam folder.

It's a great app that allows you to see different trail rated trails all through out the U. S.. I love how you can showcase the trails you've conquered with badges. This app in a way pulls you in to want to explore different trails in different states. It makes you always want to figure out your next adventure.

It's a good app. But when you recommend a trail they never reply so you so you just feel ignored. Also there are trails in Kansas and MO if they would be willing to look at them. Kansas isn't all I-70. Bunch of off reading to be done in the bad lands and turtle creek and other places. It's not huge, but it's what we got. I just think the map lacks in trails. This is a big country.

Honestly the fact that this app exist is just awesome. All I have ever owned is jeeps and I love off roading. Fender high mud is just liberty at is finest. So having an app that helps me find trails I had never even heard of is sweet and the ease of getting direction makes it perfect for trip planning. Would recommend to every off road enthusiast.

Used this fun app and am in the process of obtaining my first badge. I want to suggest several more trails in AZ. However, the app doesn't rotate to landscape mode and typing a thorough trail description in portrait format is a real pain. Also, is there a website that can be used for suggestions, making it even easier? Might help get more suggestions.

It hasn't deleted my past check-ins, but I keep yielding an error when requesting my badges. This happened before the latest update as well. It is annoying that I have to keep entering my VIN anytime I request a badge, but more so that the transaction won't even take. There isn't much else to the app and will agree with others; it doesn't list many trails even in continental US.

Frustrating to check in. Tried dozens of times near the trailhead, on the trail to check in. Just got "Sorry you are not close enough to the trail." I took a bunch of photos using the app to document the trip and it only saved the first one. Thought i could possibly download the photos from my album into another device but can't see any way to do that.

This could've been such a fun app for us Jeepers. Our pics stay in the "pending approval" stage FOREVER. It crashed constantly when trying to add pics. The badges NEVER arrive. There are limited trails with no way to suggest additions. Even some famous trails in Moab aren't listed. Jeep, if you're going to put out an app, do better.

App will not open without internet prohibiting check-in on remote trails. Awesome to find out after driving several thousand miles to get there. Once you are able to check in, the badges either get stuck in requested status indefinitely. Only recourse is to email support who never emails back. I've been talking to the local jeep clubs, and these issues appear to be the norm. (Update, after about 25 emails, the badges are on their way. However, no one ever emailed me back.)

It's a cool concept and the first 2 trails I checked into I got badges mailed to me. However, back in May I was in Indiana and checked into a couple of trails and it is now the middle of November and the requests for badges still have not been processed and are stuck in the request stage. I have emailed them about this issue multiple times using the link in the app and they have not even responded. At this point this app is just a waste of time.

I was really enjoying this app and the program. I enjoyed and looked forward to traveling to different locations to do the Badge Of Honor trails. It got even better when you added the new trails. I even traveled a long distance to do the new trails. Requested the badge and while waiting I learned that you deleted all of the new trails. That is a major letdown to myself and a lot of users. You could at least rewarded the badges to the ones that had already submitted them. Bad move!
