Profiles sent by you are either not selected or given thorough interest. Sone profiles are of students, unemployed, a few have shown the kundli gun match very short of the minimum required numbers i.e. 7/36, 11/36, 12/36, 17/37 which are of no use. Some profiles are MBBS/MD who have mentioned specifically required thier professional only, what is the use of showing these profiles. And moreover, these are not one or two, but 20-30 profiles. It will be appreciated if you could kindly go thru the

Worst experience ever....the messages in my inbox gets deleted automatically and there's no proper system to assist with.....they are only after you untill you subscribe for a premium subscription once you do that....you are nothing to them.....I won't recommend this app at all

The UI just keeps getting poorer and poorer after few days. I loved various controls the user had. Search filters not showing is just too bad. Used to be a great app, can't say the same now.

One cannot find a perfect match, most of the profiles are not verified. Invitations are not even accepted, what is the use of profile matching. Most of the profiles keep their pictures hidden, they are only interested in selling premium features.

This app is getting bad to worse in features and UI. Recently they removed important features like ' applying filters on saved search results ' and ' profiles who are looking for me'. Also there is no pagination for search results or shortlisted profiles even on desktop website.

1. When receiving messages, the font is light, hard to read against the white box. Edit. Developers told me to stop using dark mode the doesn't solve the issue. There is a reason I am using dark mode theme on my phone. Edit 2: the developers are ignorant, inability to help people with accessibility issues, let me rephrase it. Basically they're telling to a person in a wheelchair, the only way up is by stairs. There is no elevator. I don't recommend this app to anyone. Don't download.

In 6 months tenure, the company/Bureau could provide a single profile to whom I could connect properly. Most of the time either candidate had hidden contact no. or could not attend my phone. I had lodged complaint so many times but nobody paid any attention. Every time I was asked to change the profile / range extra which I did not like. Overall my experience is very bad and I will not suggest to anyone to purchase your services at any cost.

This is the worst application. I would request all the end users to not truat the privacy policies as I came across a profile which is using my sister's pictures and upon contacting support prociding in all the right set of documents for more than 1 week now the profile is still active and they and not deleting the pictures it seems.

Very poor service. I've paid subscription on 5th March for 3 months but without my permission they've activated auto-pay . When I asked them they told that it's mandatory to activate auto-pay . Why it is? First they should take my permission then only I can allow. And about their services it's just horrible. No correct matches can be found. And their executive always request to remove our preferences . Same matches are being repeted for a week or 2 . only one or two matches are given .

I find it ridiculous when there are options like 'interest' and 'super interest'. What sense does it make? There has to be an option 'never show again' which u had. U also had an option of video. I guess it didn't workout. Why r u trying to be different. Keep it simple. Pls call me back. I need to speak someone.

Worst experience ever they are just looting us, just want us to recharge for their monthly membership, then they say they will show 2x suggestions according to your preferences but they do nothing like this they are just showing those 7-8 profiles alternately. Even after paying monthly fee we are not able to view the contact information of the person whom we have sent request until they accept it like what the hell is this?

Best experience. I try other apps of different brands but they have really hopless, confusing, improper GUI, UI/UX, some have no Criteria for desired partner search, etc. But jeevensathi has all these features. We can attach many photos. lots of criteria, search options we can apply. Please reduce monthly charges of first basic plan. Both parties can apply specific search filter, we can save, see previous msg/communication, even blocked & rejected profiles after indefinite time. Great work.

The number of matches are very few as compared to previous one. After 3-4 new matches, it goes on showing same matches. No handpicked matches at all. Other similar matrimony platforms has way more matches compared to this. At any point of time maximum number of online matches showed were 6-7 despite of fully brodening preference criteria. No response even after raising complaints. It Looks either done purposefully or quality of JS has really gone low. Hope JS team will fix this

The application is not good as I expected, I was try to search a Bengali girl for my brother however I was selected the caste already but I am getting match from other caste profile, it means filter not working properly, now showing the online person, getting same profile again and again in match option. If any user is declining any user there is no reason available, no call assistant available, only selective option is available for support.

I made a profile for my elder daughter...then after sometime I made profile for my younger one too...but because I didn't complete the verification process that profile doesn't open.. I have tried numerous times but whenever I open the app to complete the verification process for my younger one instead of her's, profile of my elder one comes up...!! I am really sick of this app...!!🙏🏻

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Jeevan Saathi. To be blunt, this platform feels like a complete scam. First of all, the user interface is atrocious. It’s outdated and incredibly difficult to navigate. Trying to search for relevant matches was a nightmare, and the filters barely work, often showing completely irrelevant profiles. The quality of matches was horrendous. Many profiles seemed inactive or fake, which makes me seriously question their verification pro

Worst app. Whenever they are giving an update, with that introducing new bug. Now saved searches are also not working fine. I have selected to show only not viewed profiles ,but it's showing all profile all the time(it was the bug from beginning, but by again filtering it we were able to make it work). But now any filter option are not coming after opening saved search. Just pathetic app

But once you become a member, good luck getting ahold of them! Calls go unanswered, and if you're lucky enough to connect, they argue instead of helping. It's a frustrating bait-and-switch tactic that leaves you feeling misled and unsupported.

The features provided are very focused towards finding right match, mainly daily match, preferred match, the search criteria, notifications. Even if you do miss the chats , we can find in messages. The chat feature is very friendly and simple. The new feature of Sunday Meetup is a great idea. Keep up the good work guys. I never faced any downside about this app.
