I've transferred my money from another bank and it has been debited in the said bank. But there's no income in my Jenius account. Happens too often. Fix this, shameful.

Okay, well I am not having any of the issues it seems some of the other folks on here are having. It's a savings account for crying out loud. And it's paying around 5.5% Which is one of the highest in the country. And like the title implies, I use it strictly for savings. So, I am not paying bills or transferring cash out. That rate is compounded daily which makes my balance rise even faster. Is a checking account coming anytime soon?

The transaction receipt is delayed like 5 minutes. And the transaction is not in the list in and out. It is crucial but quite inconvinient. I hope there is an improvement further. Also it is better if you make the app session timeout bit longer

The face detection is really terrible, yet I'm forced to use it to transfer my account to my new phone. It asked me to move further my face, move closer, and of course further again, ask me to turn my head to many directions and finally proceed to say that I have too many attempts and log me out. Repeat that five times. Please fix this.

Takes forever to load the data. It's so effective to keep our money from being wasted too much, though. I will be less likely to withdraw my money let alone send or transfer it once it's been stored in the Flexy Saver because the app is very slow and sluggish during the transactions.

Slow, frequently down at inconvenient times. Weird scrolling behavior when seeing in & out transactions. Customer service reply window time was ridiculously short, powered by the staff that doesn't care. They tend to quickly finish a help whenever it's becoming inconvenient for them. What's nice? The e-card feature.

Very slow response. You have a bug, I twice create schedule transfer but there is no schedule created and no message appear.

Best app been using it since 2022 and it helps a lot for my transactions for most of the time, only this bank that has allowed me to make an international payment such as through webs, playstore, online shop basically anything

Finally I can switch device with the face verification method after so many times I've tried. Either the system was fixed or I have to get photo at the same background I used before when I first made the face ID. Idk but thank you. Hope it never happen again when I change a phone next time.

I think it's time for you guys to write native app platform or optimize the app to get better performance. I mean, the UX isn't that good for day-to-day transactions

The only reason I'm using this is for online debit transaction. Otherwise, I wouldn't use this awful app. The performance is frustratingly slow, the method to switch our accpunt to another phone is extremely annoying and time consuming, and most importantly, out of nowhere they take Rp10.000 out of your account. What's worse is that it accumulates. I'm thinking of finding an alternative for my needs.

Really bad user experience. I keep getting forced to log out every time I try to log in. When I asked customer service, they recommended that I visit their office. However, they don't have an office in New Zealand. Just remove the digital bank title from your bank.

When will you replace this React Native app into an either Android or iOS native platform for A LOT better performance and stability? I'm on Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and doing things in the app feels sluggish. People on a less performant SoC will definitely experience a worse performance. I mean, functionality wise it's working but, really slow.

I use Jenius since 2015, at thatgtime they might be one of the pioneers of digital banking, but now with more competitors, Jenius should moving forward especially regarding the slow app. Even with the state-owned Banks, Jenius app is super slow. I like Jenius, especially it comes with different saving pockets, however you can do better to make an upgrade for the app.

Support agent not helping. Giving silly question which I already explain before. The apps also very slow. Sometime I can't send the msg. I have to delete the message first, then rewrite it. Want to buy other currency, but the number automatically minus 0.01. Example buying JPY 500.. It's written automaticaly 499.99. No explanation why. And support can't answer that

Please improve the app, especially the jenius chat feature. The chat crashed numbers of times and i had to re-type what i already type before. Its quite annoying especially when you need to explain your problem to the customer service. But anyway, keep up the good work.

it's as laggy as I remember despite using this app since 2019. Could get some work on the notification about important scheduled transaction though (even though you enabled all permission for notification and even going as far as setting it up for priority notification), those are way more effective than a phone call, since you'll likely remember it more. And what's up with changing the due date for my credit card payment? I noticed the date change every couple of months!
