Edit: 6 month renewal upcoming, but Jerry automagically sent me a text with a cheaper policy! Just as easy as before! Surprisingly fast and easy to find insurance. The interface allowed me to directly compare between carriers, which other apps (Cover) don't do. No need for manual web searches. Didn't have to talk to anyone, or even text or email, except for a reply all email to cancel my prior policy. This all happened late on a Saturday, woke up Sunday with new policy IDs in my email.

Terrible experience overall. Ar first, rep was very helpful in finding me a low quote. I was hesitant to sign on but she assured me "You can always just cancel". Well, trying to cancel has turned out to be a nightmare and cost me money. After I got off the phone with her I talked to my current Geico insurance, decided to stay and called right back but it has been impossible to cancel and my bank account keeps hitting hit and I keep getting fees. Stay away!

It really sucks that the app consistently closes when I try to add a driver. I also think it's absurd that I can't just enter a date of birth; I have to scroll through every month of every year until I get to my husband's date of birth--January 18, 1970. Of course, the app crashes wayyyyy before I even get to 1989! UPDATE: I ended up REALLY liking this app, the customer support and the deal I got! Definitely 5 stars!!!

This app is so awesome. I spent weeks shopping around, looking for a better deal on home/auto insurance. All I ended up with was a bunch of spam calls, emails, and even texts! I found Jerry through my truebill app, which is now rocket mortgage. Within an hour, I've found a better rate and signed up for it. Plus it has a lot of other cool features. Definitely recommend!

It really is as easy as they say! And I'm definitely not big on these app things regarding things like this. It really gives u a list of different options and the price u see if obviously not the exact set price, they do need additional info like previous tickets and such things that could change the price but they really do try to work with getting u the cheapest price with close to or right on your same coverage you have now! Definitely recommend to anyone. It's legit 😊

I would give it 5 stars but the app never updated after switching my insurance. Its not a huge deal because the company they matched me with contacted me instantly but i imagine if i had missed the email I would have been lost. Other than that the app is easy to use and the process is fast. The system found me in no time with a few errors that were solved with a quick edit. I would definetly recommend this to anyone trying to get a cheaper rate fast with little effort.

Things I liked: The app was very easy to use. Interface was smooth and seamless. The prices I got were lower than competitor apps. Sign up was smooth. What I didn't like, I was given a hard quote at a certain price that I agreed to. The day my policy was supposed to go into effect, I got text messages stating that the price was going to be adjusted up With no reason why. It was hard to get someone on the phone. If a price is agreed to it needs to be honored. Even if its just a few dollars.

This would be great if Jerry cared at all about customer service. Have tried multiple times to contact them (both via email and text message) because I need help finalizing my switch. No reply. I have pressing questions, most especially about cancelling my old policy because the prompt for that in the app has disappeared but I did not complete that process. Now I get to figure it out on my own, I guess which really defeats the purpose of this service.

Overall experience with the app is pretty great. I was able to shop multiple different carriers and find the best rate of insurance for what I was looking for. I will say the driving tracker can be pretty inaccurate at times. If I have my Bluetooth connected and I change songs/volume from my steering wheel controls it says I used my phone while driving.. It also says that I accelerate harshly when having to speed up to merge with traffic 🙄. Otherwise it was an overall good experience!

Overall a decent experience. Navigation of the app is a bit tricky when moving back and forth between quotes and changing the desired coverage in the quotes. Building a custom quote is tough. But I was hooked up with a coverage that is sufficient for now. They were a day later than promised on getting my coverage running. But they still set me up.

The app is absolutely garbage. The platform is set up properly where it could give you a good amount of quotes from insurance companies the issue is that the app has bugs. Major bugs. It will always default to the basic coverage. No matter how many times you go in into that policy " and you change the coverage and save it and then it goes through the calculating process and then afterwards it defaults back to the very basic quote you are given from the beginning. Four times in a row. I'm done.

An amazing godsend. I was dreading changing insurance companies because of the time and filling out all the forms and messing with coverages, but this was SO easy. Like, 15 minutes, and I had the quote. It was $100 less for MORE coverage. They even handle the cancelation! They even give you options if you want just the basics or the bells and whistles, and everything in between. I'm gobsmacked with how easy this was. 10/10 experience.

While the app itself seemed like it could use a tune up here and there, (it had problems validating my address and seemed to freeze up a couple times), the results were absolutely amazing. I am now paying $42/month less for nearly 3 times the coverage. Once I was able to get past the minor glitches, the process was quick and easy. Best part is that my phone has not rang once nor did I have to make any calls.

The app seems easy to navigate and it managed to pull up reasonably compared options to my existing insurance. When I choose one however, it told me it has to "confirm the final price," which I thought would take 15-20 minutes tops since that's how long it took me to get my existing insurance. It has been 3 days now, and it's still "confirming" my final price. So now that the app lost its credibility, I will simply let my old insurance renew at the end of this month.

I saved money and increased my coverage. Keep in mind that the final rate on the app does not include credit based insurance score. Rates went up slightly after that was run. I ended up calling to finalize my policy because it sat several hours w/no progress in final stage. I removed one star because the final rate didn't include the credit based insurance score and although the customer service was great, I would have rather completed the process in the app. Overall positive experience.

A reasonable option to find insurance, but the drive tracker is terribly inaccurate. I drive pretty tame most of the time (I like mpgs). Unless you drive absolute grandma style, it's going to tell you to slow down. The slow driving it's encouraging is dangerous. If you live in a city, you can't always just ease into traffic. And if you live in the mountains, there's a lot of harsh turns, just the way it is. Ive already spoken with your team and all they did is argue w/me. 👎

Apps in my mind are meant to be shortcuts for tools I use frequently, not just a forced substitute for mobile sites. Being forced to get an app just to get a quote for car insurance is frustrating, but of course they don't tell you that you'll have to do so up front. I get to the quotes and it defaults to a level of coverage way too low for what is realistic in my area. I change it to my current level, only to find that all of the "deals" are higher than my current rate (doesn't even show mine).

Not bad, if you want to save on insurance, or prove to your provider by using what the site has like monitored driving records, which has fast amounting Rewards that you can use for drivers education, shopping, and much more. They have multiple apps in one like car repair costs estimator much more. Check it out. The only thing is you'll catch it running in the back ground a lot. But I think it is because I'm letting it monitor my driving and it's working. People always behave better when someone

Not really sure why an agent has to approve a non-automated payment. That wasn't an issue I had with the Geico app. Also, one of my payments got marked as late because I changed my payment method, but for some reason, the app seemed set on using the terminated card to complete the upcoming payment instead of the new card, which meant I had to pay late charges when the paymebt ultimately fauled. It's not a bad experience, but I'm almost tempted to look elsewhere.

Very affordable and I like when your bill is due they give you a heads up to let you know and if you are not able to make a payment at that time you have an option to change your date all through the app. Also they are on-time when they take your payment like most places your bill can be due one day and they take 3 days to make a payment which could lead to your account being over drawn.
