It didn't work at first... so I spent an amount of time just to make it run. When I did it, almost all my credits were already spent.. I then stopped, and it didn't allow me to. So I was pushing it until a place I could "turn of", which is fine. The problem was that, EVEN not being able to run with it. It was still counting. So be careful... it keeps counting even if you are stopped... that's not fare. When I finally stopped, I was still in debit with it 🙃. I paid to not use it never more!

Horrible app an service. Installed it for the first time and could not wtxh the video tutorials, they just do not load. Read the text instructions from the FAQ. They seem to simple bot they do not. Tried borrowing the scooter, it made a sound and did not move, though had an 88% charge. Stopped the ride and still had to pay, for nothing. Spent another 30 minutes contacting support with no result. Unbound the card, deleted the app.

First time using this app and scooter. The ride was great until it was time to complete the ride. The ride didnt want to end because it said i was parking where it shouldnt be parked, while my friend completed the ride succesfully in the same spot. The time kept going and i changed 3 spots for parking, turned on off mobile data, on/off flight mode, restarted the mobile and after many more trys to finish, it finished the ride. I got charged DOUBLE the price!!! Not using ever again

Tried to use two different scooters in a row and both of them couldn't accelerate. Even though I had to pay for the minutes I tried to use them. Then there is no place in the app to report about issues, it's dissapointing. Another thing to mention is that after deleting the app, and reinstalling, my credit card was still connected to the app and I can't manually remove it from the app. This is horrible, it must not work like this!

Doesn't work. They scammed me from money for a ride that was impossible to end. Contacted support and they insist I'm wrong. Scammers all the way! Fix your app and listen to your customers!

Still got charged despite being unable to move the scooter nor cancel the ride. I will be refunding through paypal. Don't bother, take a taxi instead. Much cheaper.

Not reliable,do not recommend,also when you need something information is in Russian, one time it took money from me without asking, today I was looking for a scooter for a long time and when I found one app started freezing and it didn't work. disappointed

The app server cannot send a SMS to a VoIP number, such as Google Voice, which prevents foreigners from using the service in many countries unless a traveler satisfies all conditions of international roaming plan, of plan coverage over the country, and of unlocked phone that's compatible with frequency bands used in the countries. Alternatives for world travelers: Lime, Luup, and Tier worked with foreign numbers whether VoIP or not.

The app has been very unstable for the last few days. It may stop launching at the most inopportune moment with the error "Something is broken and we are fixing it. Try later!", for example, when you need to end your rent. It's very annoying ( Region: Georgia, Batumi.

Very unstable and annoying, as it keeps failing with errors on both connection and payment. CS is awful: only through the Telegram bot. I explained the whole story with text and screen/video captures to a contacting person, say Operator1, spent quite some time. To my surprise, within the same chat window, another person, Operator2 started the conversation, introduced herself and asked me to explain AGAIN, from the very beginning. ARE YOU SERIOUS??

Been riding Jets since 2022, absolutely love the experience but app and service is bad. Just now my Jet stopped going and is stuck in a place where there is no parking. The telegram bot is not helping. There were at least 2-3 more cases in my lifetime. Sometimes Jet is useful, sometimes it ruins your plans. Work on that, please!

The app is terrible. 1) Half of the time when I try to get a scooter, the app says "Your session expired. Please, try again". Of course, trying again does not help. Closing the app fully (from the list of running aps) does not help. Going to airplane mode and back does not help either. Rebooting the phone may or may not help and it takes too long. 2) The app starts 15 to 30 seconds while its competitors take 2-3. 3) Very often by the end of a ride the app forgets about the ride so there is no way to finish it. You need to fully close the app (from the list of running aps), open again (takes 15 to 30 seconds, see above), and then you will see the ride and be able to finish it. 4) Very often by the end of a ride the app freezes half-way to the screen for taking a picture if that scooter. Just click "X" in the left top corner.
