Прекрасно дуже зручно, а самокати найкращі в Києві. Але зробіть будь ласка так, щоб карта не переверталась в залежності від положення компаса, чи можливість відключити цю функцію. Бо я прекрасно знаю карту міста і те що вона крутиться тільки збиває з пантелику

Зручний сервіс, але дуже багато сірих зон де не можна їздити. З Bolt таких проблем немає

Ваш самокат не розуміє, де знаходиться, але я за це плачу? Цікаво! Стоїш в зоні паркування, не паркується. Пишеш в підтримку, відповідь через 2-4 хвилини, які оплачую я. Потім ще поби скріншоти де ти. Бо ваша програма показує де я правильно, а ось самокат в іншому кінці міста не в зоні паркування. Потім ще чекаєш поки вимкнуть самокат. Самокат вимикають і ще чекаєш, поки закінчиться поїздка в додатку. І все це, за мій рахунок. І поїздка в 3-5 хвилин, стаж поїздкою у 12-15 хвилин. Дякую!

The service and the app is a disaster. Scooter stops in the middle of ride with no explanation. You need to chase their support service to find out the reason - that always blame foreign bank however it s not the true reason. Happens the app doesn't allow you to finish ride correctly and afterwards you are being charged enormous amount for the time you have not actually used the service. Chase their support again, but situation still not resolved... Beware ⚠️

Pros: Prices are enticing. Scooters are comfortable to drive. Throttle is fast and responsive (when working properly). Cons: Scooters have technical issues often, almost every ride I've experienced an issue of some kind. The worst one - they lose connection A LOT. 5 out of 8 rides had some kind of connection issue. Today it's GPS froze while I was going through the red zone, so when I arrived I could not park the scooter in the green zone because it was still thinking I'm in the red zone.

The slowest and buggiest application ever. It is very, very hard to find and select a scooter on a map.

The ride regularly stops in the middle for no reason. Customer service is unhelpful. The other scooter apps are much more reliable.
