The game is fun, and I enjoy playing it. It's a puzzle game. It makes you think and isn't impossible to win. I would have rated it higher, but it is frustrating that you are not always rewarded after watching an advertisement. This needs to be resolved.

New update is full of glitches, impossible to enjoy the game. Blank/black screen comes up when there is an add to watch, or aftera completed game the screen goes black and it is not updating to the next level.

The game is actually quite fun but I just can't stand the ads anymore. Literally the same stupid ad after every other level and it forces my media player to stop my music. I tried to struggle through it but it's too much. Will change my rating and reinstall if you stop using such predatory invasive ads

Fun game but there are glitches... I just played a level (level 778) and completed the tasks on my last turn, but because the animation doesn't play right away, I ended up losing. Went to use a free play by watching a video but it didn't play so lost the opportunity for extra plays, then had to use 80 coins as a result and then game came back on, only to find the animation hadn't finished fully, and when it did, it allowed me through to the next level?

Just started playing but have found a couple of issues. Sometimes the "Blast Time" and "Tap to continue" don't appear after finishing a round so you just have to wait for the animation to finish. Also, when you fail and are given the chance to continue by buying five plays for 80 coins, your balance isn't shown so you have no idea how much coin you have. Other than these quibbles, it's a fun, far game with some interesting variations that I hadn't seen in other match 3 games.

The game got too hard to play after the newest update without purchasing anything. Not fun anymore. Sorry that the game devloped this way. It used to be enjoyable. Uninstalling it after months of playing. I was at level 980 when the update happened and it was difficult to pass even by using my bonuses. I played the 3 day challenge and could't go any further. This is the first time the game got so difficult after an update.

I'm on Level 50 so far & I'm loving this game! It has side quests, a Halloween bonus area right now & daily spins & gifts every 10 levels. What separates Jewel 22 is everything. Great graphics, larger print, lots of bonuses. The computer game board provides jewel setup for tons of combos to make it truly enjoyable. No ads unless you watch 5 for bonus every 24 or to obtain free power-ups on each level (your choice)! Perfect game to play & relax for a bit!

If I could give this game a minus 10-star rating, I would. I've played many match-3 games and this is the worst. The game gives you practically no chances to earn rewards by watching ads (I've been given only 8 opportunities to win rewards in over 860 levels), the game shorts the players free time by deducting many seconds from free time (15 minutes free time instantly shows up as 14 minutes and 41 seconds), and the Snail Race doesn't advance. STOP CHEATING THE PLAYERS!

I've been playing this game for quite some time and in the beginning It was GREAT ...BUT NOW ( I'm at level 758) The cost is killing me ! Some levels you just can't make 3 stars which yields the best benefits . Some levels marked HARD weren't so bad . Most levels can be easier to gain stars w/o making purchases by replaying that level 3-4 times but others you CANNOT before you HAVE to buy coins to get past it❗ And as of *rite now my game is frozen at a critical spot .4/6/23 Backgrounds 😎 .

The game is purposefully made to block players from progresing. It declares out of the blue "no more moves" even in the progress of making one move out off at least a dozen moves possible. And even without using all the special moves that were reserved for vertical situations. It is bait and switch marketing for other games. Totally disgusting!

I have played this game for over a year and really liked this app until recently. I get through the regular games pretty quickly, then have trouble getting the crown games to come up and stay up. Plus, my leader board and rankings have been in perpetual buffering for a month. I've done all the usual things to get the crown level to appear. Once in a while, it will appear for part of a day, then disappear for days on end. Of course, their support team just keeps blaming it on "operator error."

I like this game even though it's the same exact game as all the other identical games in this genre. What I hate though are excessive ads. Lose or win a level? 30 second ad.Need a life or 3 extra turns, 30 second ad. That's pure greed guys, you don't need extra funds for development because as I mentioned earlier, it's the same exact game as hundreds of others in the store, it just has a slightly different theme. I'm on level 250 and I'm uninstalling, wasting my time waiting on your ads sucks.

The game itself is actually a lot of fun. The levels are at an increasing difficulty level to keep you hooked. However, the ads are beyond obnoxious. They are not just between games, it's also anytime you win a prize or request additional plays. And they are very long. I spent half my time watching ads, the other half playing the game. It's not worth it.

Freezing up constantly since last update. Makes for a bad experience. It's not so bad when you have infinite lives, but if you don't, it's quite frustrating because you lose that life. Before that, it was a great app. Addictive. Edit: they fixed the freezing in less than 24 hours. This game is back to being as addictive as before. Highly recommend, especially when they tend to your concerns so quickly.

I love this game. I don't think the ads are too much, they're far fewer in between than most games out there! I've been playing regularly for over a year and it's never been too difficult to pass a level, and I've never felt it was unfair in any way (unlike candy crush!). I'm on level 1400 and there are still different challenges being introduced.

Deceptive advertising. Ads will present an X to close, then immediately change right as you go to click the X so you interact with the ad instead. I've also experienced ads that open chrome and load a site all on their own. Update: issue persists, plus now I'm seeing ads using celebrities images and videos and they do NOT actually endorse the product advertised

The game is fun and I enjoy the levels. I wish I could give 5 stars but after buying their ad-free for the month, it really isn't ad free. Just waives the ad at the bottom of the screen and when you finish a level. All other ads in the game still require you to watch for a result. Kind of disappointing as the amount paid far surpasses the value of the ads you could waive in a month.
