Seems like every true wireless earphones I get from Jlab develops connection issues. They work fine for about a month before I have to throw them away and buy another pair of the same ones. Sometimes when I uninstall and reinstall the app and forget and pair new device again. It will temporarily fix the connection issues. The touch features are a nightmare to deal with. Luckily they can be disabled in the app. I keep the case and earphones charged.

the app is simple and basic (which I would say is a plus point, I would rather use a bare bone app than Ad slop), the only issue I am facing is that in the Bluetooth connection section, if I connect / disconnect from a device, it doesn't update so I have to either close the app and open again to see it or close and reopen the Bluetooth connection window. Also JLabs, what year do we live in? 2015? its 2025 just add a damn dark mode to your app, it would make it perfect.

There is no real help from the APP, all it does is point us to FAQ. The rare time someone does answer, they give us canned responses just like the FAQ. USELESS and the headset for the cost isn't worth it. At least from my Bluedio headset and APP, I can do much more including presetting a custom EQ. The built in EQ in the headset are close to useless as it barely give 5Db boost. And odn't get me started on the useless volume buttons. Barely added 15Db. The only part liked was instant connection.

Very basic app that does not have the options it says it does. "All app compatible models can adjust..." No, no it can't. Mine are connected and all it gives me are the options in the "my jlab" no noise cancelling or equalizer options available. I got them connected so obviously they're app compatible no? Apparently not but they won't specify what models are and aren't. Supports a joke too. Don't bother with this app. It's not worth the space it takes up.

I've had these headphones for a while and was unaware of the app. Excitedly, I downloaded it, only to be met with disappointment. For the past 30 minutes, I've been trying to connect my Studio wireless headphones to the app. I've had no issue connecting my headphones to my phone's Bluetooth, but when I click on my device in the app, it tells me I have to connect to Bluetooth despite already being connected. I'm unable to use the app because of this.

First of all, I think it's stupid to REQUIRE an app to connect your earbuds. Second of all, the app doesn't even work. I bought the Go air pop earbuds to use for school, tried connecting them today after charging and get told I need an app to use them. Okay, no big deal, I'll download the app. I download the app, and to no surprise, it doesn't let me connect my earbuds. I've restarted my phone, no difference. I've reset the earbuds themselves, zero difference. JLab *used to be* a good company.

I got the Jlab GO Air Pop. They are genuinely amazing 👏 The noise canceling is amazing, I don't gotta listen to people talking, I can just turn off "BE aware" and put on the ambient sounds from the app and I'm good to go. I also love the long battery life, one thing that does need fixing though is the Space ambient noise has a little tick at the end of the sound effect that plays and loops, if it could blend in and loop smoothly, that would be appreciated!

This finicky app is a little difficult to get working just right at first. First, in order to activate LDAC, you have to first turn it on in the Bluetooth settings on your phone. Just click on the ⚙️ next to the device name on the paired Bluetooth devices list. From there just switch on LDAC. Next you have to go into your phone's DEVELOPER OPTIONS and switch the Bluetooth Audio Codec from AAC to LDAC. There are many other tricks to fix low volume levels and other bugs, but I'm out of characters

The app itself is fine, I like that there's a burn in feature, but it sent me a notification that's just an ad, and the notifications manager doesn't separate out catagories, so I had to revoke its notification privileges entirely. I bought your headphones once, don't use your app to send advertisment notifications, that's distasteful.

3 stars. User interface is definitely an upgrade from the old app. The app will not stop asking to enter my email address for spam. NOT INTERESTED! Stop asking!!! Definitely need to mention though people will need to reset their absolute volume in their listening devices after installing and synchronizing devices. For like a week I thought my earbuds were on the fritz as my phone volume was maxed and I couldn't hear anything. Turn up the volume on earbuds, then on device.

I have never written a review for a bad product, but this is the worst thing I think I've ever experienced. I bought a Jlab GoAir pop at Walgreens. Have something just to listen to music too, so when I opened them up and it told me that it needed an app, I found it frustrated, but I was fine. I downloaded the app only to be told that the app doesn't support the earphones that I bought. What a complete scam

Needed to customize my JLab earbuds. I like the fact that I can turn off the touch features, but if I turn it completely off, I seem to have trouble when pairing it with my Bluetooth thingy on my TV, so I just turn off the individual features instead. These earbuds don't seem to be able to work right on my PC – they connect, but there's no audio & I can't seem to fix it. 🤷🏻♂️ They work fine on my TV & phone when I can get them connected, so not sure about that. I'm quite satisfied... 😄

I guess that you only care about the higher end. More money headsets then if that's the case I wouldn't be spending over a 100 some dollars. No offense for this company. I love my neon wireless. But if I have to have upgraded versions from this company to get customization and support from the app to tweak. I would go with another company. I Notice that every product supported by the app is $50 plus up to almost 200. Why not throw a universal support on for the lower end

Don't call it "connect new device," so we will know we still have to do it after Bluetooth pairing. Soundscapes are nice fwiw. Don't mute audio to announce new EQ setting when I change it on-screen. I can see which setting I picked. I'm trying to compare & want to hear the difference without interruption. Product registration was OK, but that's just a web page. Troubleshooting too: An all-products landing page, not even one for my device. Big ol' store link in app is pushy. Back off.

I like the hardware well enough. But, this app is trash as far as product enhancement goes. Two solicitation pop-ups while registering my product. Annoying considering I'm already a new customer. Next, the specific product is not listed in the earbud list. Tbf, the instructions don't encourage use of the app (nor discourage, which would avoid this review). It's disappointing that the app isn't applicable to all the similar products and I can't wait to uninstall it! <3 Merry Christmas!

Worthless. Got JLab GO Air Pop earbuds for an upcoming trip and thought I needed the app for the sound config. The app recognizes the earbuds and prompts to save them, but doesn't do anything. The model isn't even listed in the types to detect. I tried similar looking models and it doesn't allow me to detect mine. Don't bother with reg. Registration gift is a choice of a free $10 item from their store, but sold out except for junk stickers or a mouse pad. The foam tips might have been nice.

Love the product, but this is the most confusing, stressful, and absolutely angering experience I've ever had with literally any bluetooth device. App installation is so-so. I've never needed an app for a bluetooth device ever, so that's an automatic wth. But, I could not for the life of me distinguish which product I needed to connect, since the bluetooth name and the app name for the device were completely different. What happened to simplicity? Why the middleman?

has a bunch of neat settings and options for my earbuds, always a good fallback option if I'm just being a little to stupid to figure out the touch controls myself. offers good safety options like decibel limits, keeps your hearing good. there's a built in timer that I kinda wish didn't pop up in my notifications *every* time I opened it? but, small beans compared to the control, features, and overall quality. I really like that ambient sounds guys, that was solid 5/5 add. 👍

Great app overall but I've had a few (mostly minor) problems. The first being NO dark mode on the app. PLEASE add one, my eyes are begging you. My only other real problem being that the night option in the ambiance tab has a cricket sound that's higher and louder than the rest of the track, so even if you lower the volume of it that's all you hear of the track. That specific cricket is both half the reason I'm giving four stars instead of 5, and why I'm writing this at 3:27 A.M.

App is just fine, I like how you can customize the settings for the audio, however I have a big issue with my earbuds themselves, epic sport eac 3 or however they're called. They refuse to connect, I take them both out, won't connect, disconnect my Bluetooth and try again, won't connect, forget them entirely from my Bluetooth and try again, won't connect. It's frustrating to have to take 5 minutes just to connect my earbuds!
