Crashes often use it for work nightly a big pain in the bottom. Needs updates or something. Wish my employer used something else.

Nice app for cleaning industry. Lots of features like clock-in/out,scheduling, messaging,work order, checklist,supply etc.

I had to call the app support number because I was unable to login, and the nice gentleman fixed my problem in 3 minutes!! Hooray! 😄

So many problems, most day I can't even clock in. When I do clock in less say 1pm and clock out at 4pm, it will read I'm clocking out at 8am the same day. Pleas fix this app

I struggle with this app on a daily basis clocking in and out.. i spend more time watching a spinning wheel then it takes me to do most of my jobs. It really needs a thorough update for Androids.

Awful freezes and geo not accurate. Only convenient thing is ordering but won't let u check an order you placed to make sure you didn't forget anything if I could give it negative Stars I would it used to show up forgot to clock in and forgot to clock out option and does for some employees but not others

My company uses this app and its ridiculously finicky and buggy. Sometimes it won't let anything load and I have to do multiple hard resets to get it to work, sometimes while clocking in it will show a massive list of the same location and it crashes pretty frequently.

why does this need permission to access the file system? and why does it hang on start up if it doesn't have permission? it should put up an error saying what file it can't open. also, one time when i tried to use the "forgot to clock in" feature, it wouldn't allow me to enter the correct time. after a little tinkering i could see it required the hour and minute being entered to be less than the current hour and minute. these are very silly mistakes.

The one complaint I have about this app is the constant notification in my notification bar showing the amount of time I have worked. It's a battery drainer. After an 8 hour shift, I have about 20% battery left because of this constant notification. Please take that away!

Almost useless, buggy, invasive app. No other coworkers are able to use this app peacefully. Crashes or freezes constantly. WILL NOT WORK unless it has access to YOUR PHONES storage at all times And WILL automatically store the photos within the janitor group chats onto your phone whether you like it or not, which only helps deplete storage space! This app, after downloading, corrupted many of my photo folders. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! just use Google docs at this point, same thing, different icon.
