The app is very easy to use! Place an order for labor and they are there when you arrive. Submit and pay daily and all done. Love it!

For the most part is super easy although employees think if they don't get paid it's because I didn't pay them usually a glitch in the system Love how easy it is to extend and create tickets

I really enjoyed the app . i just was unfairly terminated . and i can no longer use this app . it was perfect for me and my family now im struggling . how can i please get it back? Its been over 2 years

makes my job way easier being on the road all the time. my guys send me the temps hours and let me know how he did. I just open the app and it's done in seconds. best app hands down.

The app is great for getting the workers paid. And done with it. Some improvement is needed in terms of worker feedback. Would be good if I can get prior worker evaluation to assure I get good quality.

It's not perfect and has errors and it is a biest app..and when you go to the job you are offered other people are working on that job it was time ..valuable time it's just as if your going to job site to office and should be paid to use the app . Weather or not you worked labor or not or skilled ticket

Updated: Useless app, Job Stack finally updates, now cannot view orders, cannot submit hours, cannot extend workers, Cannot edit job description, requirements, dress code or Job Duties for reordering workers. You have to start a new order from the beginning. Does not give contact info for workers that may be running late only their name. Cannot even use the app to contact the local branch of workers no show. It's just easier to call the sales rep to place order and request email time sheet.

Found this a must.. with ease of use from placing a job opportunity to listing the hours when job is completed. Some small issues but talking with there tech was a very pleasant experience. Great Job... thanks

App glitches in and out all the time and has a bug I guess and I have to always install and uninstall the app to try to get it back working and these problems have caused me to not be able to see jobs that I was trying to accept when I missed the job because of the glitch and not being able to see it I was took off the app and not able to see jobs now and told I will have to call the branch to find a job to work at but every time I call all of these different branches no jobs available

This is a useful tool for tracking orders but I do not recommend placing orders with this app. Orders placed often end up with the wrong office (skilled trades rather than day labor) and the wrong number of workers and the wrong time. The best way to place a PeopleReady order is still to Google the job site address and then use the Google "Search Nearby" feature to find Peopleready. Google Maps correctly distinguishes skilled trade from general labor.Staff generally puts proper details.

app is very easy to use Kizi all the information you need addresses, crash location, and if you need any certifications, as well as the Pain Scale. you should to choose the job that I want.

Great app super easy to navigate and the company is AMAZING!! They truly CARE about the workers they send and follow up to ensure you are satisfied with their services!! This is the first (and ONLY) temp agency we will use moving forward they have been a life saver for our establishment!! Keep up the great work!!

Over all the application works great. Possibly a upgrade could be of adding a photo of the staff member. This way the employer can quickly identify the worker when they report for duty. Also seeing when the employee checks in for reporting for the day and checking out via the app.

Terribly disappointing after experiencing the worker side of this app. We're charged exorbitant prices because people aren't available YET their workers get locked out of this app with no way to log back in and 30 min+ hold times for assistance. If they call their local branch, they'll likely never get to speak with anyone for support. Unacceptable and indicative of a company that does not value our business. People Ready is in steady decline recently.

The app will not let set times for shifts. The pop up time adjustment window doesn't open all the way. Only thing you can see is half of the word done. Was working fine before this System update This is now the 2nd time this app is not working properly. But People Ready wants us to use it. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!!

I was basically forced to get this app. The leasing company insisted I download the app to better communicate and serve my company. I typically just sign the paperwork for hours worked and I am able to request more help for the following day. That seems simple enough and worked well for me. The next day the laborer arrived I asked for his paperwork. I was told that they no longer use paper receipts and that I needed to download app. I downloaded the app and was finally able to submit hours worked for the help I had that day. I thought this was easy enough after I figured out how to use it. The next time I needed help I requested 2 laborers for the following day. The app said to wait for confirmation. About 10 mins later I still don't have confirmation of my order but did recieve a call from one of the branches in California. I am in Florida. I was told they didn't travel that far.. so like I said, they have some issues to work out.

You can order available workers and pay them very easily when their shift is over in seconds. If there is a glitch or a worker you need is unavailable, just call, and People Ready fixes promptly! The app is great and so much better than emailing paper tickets. Simple for us to use and workers are paid immediately! Win for all!!!

New update is less user friendly then the last one. App constantly defaults back to the home screen when ever I flip from my notes app back to this one. Its glitches in split view, erasing all the data I inputed before submitting and now their are extra steps to take in order to submit where previously it was much more streamlined. Fail!

There is always a "bug" in the system. It's not smartphone friendly, it's easy to make mistakes when inputting employee's time especially when you have a several (10 or more). If you do make a mistake you can't fix it and you have to call the branch to have them fix it. Unfortunately it's easier to use the paper until this is more user friendly.
