Last month, I tried to download and register on your App but Im receiving this error "Log In Error your phone number is not register.. blah blah blah" So I uninstall it. And today, Im still receiving the same error. Hoping you could fix this.

Hi, you should really emphasize that this app version is not for bookings. I also mistook it as the booking app for joyride. This also explains why most reviews have issues with login errors.

You can't even get past the OTP because even if you're entering your correct mobile number, it's still not accepting it. New app but full of glitch. No wonder people prefer to use the 'other' one.

This platform exploits it's riders. No cancellation fee from the customer end. No cancellation trigger from the rider's end Especially when you're in the pickup location then waited for more than 30 mins and customer decided to cancel their booking, rider will not be compensated. This platform needs to be fair and their policy have equal in interest for it's customers and riders. (Will edit my review once I've seen fair treatment for riders and customers)

Unable to register, keeps saying invalid phone number for both globe and smart. There should be a "Help" feature at this page, i understand there may not be customer service yet, but at least have FAQs. Bakit ang pangit ng mga PH app? Always launching before adding basic features and functionalities.

Application is not very user friendly. After installation it will ask you of your number. But after encoding your number to generate OTP, it will give an error. Excited to have it installed, but frustrated of the interface.

This app? Doesn't deserved to get a star. Its too slow! Too many bugs! And it even freeze for an hour. It always goes offline and doesn't even find my location.. please have an update make it lite.. too much hussle to load this app.

Hi! Question. So, what exactly is the app for those who wanted to book for a ride? Can't seem to find it. Maybe that's why you have many complaints regarding those who can't register their number for they have mistakenly took this app as the one for booking a ride. Hope you can clarify this. It seems there is a bug on the apps it can't register my both numbers saying it is inocorrect or unregistered number. And it seems it is not an isolated case on my end cause others are getting the same issue.

I have installed the app, and tried to enter my two CORRECT phone numbers to "Generate OTP" and it always says "Log In Error". To the App Developer please address the reviews of each and every one whose trying to have a quicker access of transportation hailing apps. Please fix your app and PROBLEMS on Logging In!

Couldn't register, my input number was right but it throws an error that my number is unregistered or incorrect. Check the matching algorithm. Should I put string data type. Also check if it's always on null default. Btw you need a UI/UX dev. Thanks

Login Error. Please try again! I can't enter the app because my valid mobile number is considered as 'invalid' by your app. Can't give your service a shot if your app is not working. Hopefully your app gets fixed before the end of the extended trial month for motorcycle riders.

Can't register or even log into the freaking app. Won't accept my mobile number. Why would you launch this when countless people experience this specific problem? And after reading lots of experiences that are similar to mine, i haven't come across a single helpful response from your team. Terrible app and service.

I can't log in as well. I'm experiencing what other customer is experiecing about the app. They will ask you to enter a phone number and when I typed it in, I get an error message "Log in error, please try again. You seem to have typed an incorrect or unregistered mobile number. Please try again." Whoever fix this app, please fix it immediately. I'm not the only customer who's upset about the service.

The company should get a quality analyst to make sure the app is working on your pilot run. I just downloaded the app and you cannot even register since it doesn't accept my phone number or any phone number as you can see on the reviews. That is a major bug. How can you miss that? This a failure in customer experience because until now there is no update on your app.

I was a bit disappointed that it always shows an error message every time I register my phone number like everyone else complained. I hope the developers will soon resolve this, I know you're all working hard, so goodluck! *Will change this rating once the app is finally working.

Can't even register, why it's telling that i might entered an incorrect phone number if its just my first time signing up? And looking at the screenshots, it looks messy with the chosen colors. 1. Make sure the app is working, before releasing it to the market. 2. Design a better UI and UX if you want to compete with Angkas. 3. Choose a simple or subtle colors. Its already painful in the eye just staring at phone, the last thing we want is a bright color. 4. Compete fairly.
