Love the app but the last 3-4 days it keeps freezing up and when I try to search for a show before/after it goes to a blank screen that says "Retry". Last night 8/31 I wanted to buy something that was on sale & everything my sheen kept freezing. Other sites are fine & turned off wifi in case that was a possible issue. If issue gets resolved I'll movie this to 5 stars

JTV is a wonderful place to shop for great buys at reasonable prices! I just miss the better value of diamond jewelry that they used to have. Bigger diamonds with clarity set in 14kt gold. But, every now and then, I find a gem, and I jump on it, with my fingers crossed, that it will be what it appears to be on TV, or online.. Also, the app glitches need to be fixed.

Working with JTV is truly uncomplicated! If something doesn't work then they absolutely make it simple to return the item and do whatever you need them to do for you. I really appreciate this about JTV. Plus so many of my items are just gorgeous and as presented! It's hard to resist

Great for looking up the details of something I've seen on a show. Most of the time, I end buying the item! Also, I like checking on previous shows that I missed to see if there is an item I'd like to purchase. 🙂 I've had to call customer service for help buying online for the first time, and I spoke to Sabrina. She was a great help and so patient with me while I was doing the order online. Sabrina guided me through each step of my order right to the end! She deserves 100 stars!! 😃

Items shown are vibrant in color. Items are described accurately. The choice to see if I'm a different viewpoint is pleasing. Purchase options are listed. The app is simply easy to navigate.

Love that JTV has an Ap. for shopping. My only issues are: I often find something I love and want to buy, only to find that it is no longer available but, is still shown on line. If the item is no longer available then, don't show it to me. Also 90% of the time there are no larger sizes (10, 11) available for the women's rings and many ring's are not sizable. So disappointing. 😕 The items I have purchased have been lovely. Just wish I could purchase more.

WORST app ever! Keeps throwing you out if you try to leave (a positive) review. Not a chance of a smooth purchase experience, even if you have their credit card. To read reviews the same one keeps popping up instead of a smooth overall view. It's ALL about social media, so if you're not on it forget it. This app is useless. Might as well call if you want to order, which you will, their jewelry is fabulous.

UPDATE: Changed review to one star. The app is constantly logging me out. There is absolutely zero reason to use an app rather than the website in a browser if I must log in EVERY TIME I USE IT. This app is now worthless. All the greatness of JTV's website on my phone!! I have been using it for years, and never had any crashes or glitches. Good options and features. Recommended!!!

I would love to give it a 5 starts rating, but I do have an issue with the app. Whenever I'm searching, and you click on the item to better look, and when done , the app gets frozen when you click the back arrow to continue on the current page. It does go back. Giving you the only option to close the app and start all over again to search. Really bad app.

Very slow app. Keeps freezing up. Also when trying to narrow a search you have to choose items 1 at a time which takes so long. It would be great if you could choose what you want from each drop down list and apply them all at once with an apply button. I love the chanel the website and the app but it's hard to use efficiently

I really enjoy this app as well as the honest reviews. Very easy to order and my jewelry usually comes very quick. Only a couple of things that I wish were better. Trying to find things that show up on other news feeds are out of stock, and trying to find jewelry again using the order number. Customer service is very good. Wish it didn't cost so much to return a piece i was unhappy with. Every chain I've bought in sterling silver still looks great after three years of use. Thanks!

I would love to give it a five, but it is quite frustrating at times when trying to order off of it! I have had items in my bag and was unable to purchase those (3 so far) items off the app. One other time, I had to finally give in and call jtv to place my order and it of course was more than purchasing thru the app. I have found that when it is a timely matter, or down to the wire with items running low I just call instead. But, I DO LOVE JTV AND I hope using the app gets easier.

Overall excellent. Things I'd streamline: #1. is the "saved for later" section. Hate that when you remove something from the list you don't remain where you are, instead takes you back to cart. #2 would like a one button return to area. If I'm under main page, then decide to shop for something and there are 5 pages in the search, once I get to the end I have to go back to page 4, then 3...until I finally get main page.

Easy to use, convenient for me to go back and review other shows I missed, easy look up for ALL jewelry, with separate categories and TONS of choices to easily find what you're looking for. Great prices and beautiful jewelry. I've NEVER had an issue with JTV. Their customer service is by far the best I've dealt with for any on-line shopping experience.

There are so many bugs with this app. My latest complaint is the videos. When I launch a video, it only shows up on 1/2 the screen, so I can barely see the product I'm looking at. Edit: The previous issue seems to have been corrected, but now my issue is loading my "love" list. It simply won't load. I keep getting an error message. I'm also having issues looking at my "bag" and submitting orders. Just all around too many bugs. The app is practically unusable.

If I could give this app negative stars, I would. Last update was slow and glitched a few times when trying to order item currently on air. Updated today and now it won't open at all. Update: Works much much better now. My only complaint is when looking at sizing vs. dime and quarter sizes, it becomes hard to navigate back to the original item

This app is either great or wonky. I find it's especially wonky when I'm doing a specific search, it gets really slow and doesn't always go back to the exact spot where I left off (no great deal but kinda annoying having to scroll back up) Also, it's not At All intuitive. If I do a search for *cushion cut*, not all show up. That should be a simple solution a good web designer can fix. Besides that, I love Jtv and all they have to offer. Just update the app from time to time :-)

Not a very bad shopping app at all. Very easy to navigate. I've order from the app mostlynow about a year, that why I've waited to review, so far so good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it can be glitchy with the filters narrowing down the filters every time I've used them. Other than that, it's easy to veiw shows like a day or so back to all he way up to a day with there turn tables also.

This app needs a serious update. It's extremely glitchy. I've been trying to leave a review on a bracelet for ten minutes. It freezes up and doesn't let me do anything, so I have to shut down the app and reopen it, which means retyping my review from scratch. When I search for jewelry, it freezes up, and again, I have to shut down and reopen the app, completely losing my place. Also, when you search and go to the next page, it starts you at the bottom or somewhere in the middle. Needs fixing.

The only problem I have is, when I try to narrow my search, if I touch the screen it goes back to the first page. Also, why do you WASTE your 18kt gold on wrapping it around silver? I would LOVE to see some gold, or better yet "higher grade" gold used for a ring. Quit wasting it trying to cover up cheap silver! I can't wear silver, it turns black five seconds after I put it on.
