This app works fast and easy. But we have learnt that the charge to customers only is 3€ per order!! Seriously!?!?! So between the charge to customers and the charge to surely business... You tell me that every meal gets a very high percentage of the costs added on!! Seriously considering to never use again, rather give the money to the businesses directly.

uber eats is more rewarding with discounts, also has a tip feature for cashless transactions.

All over amazing app. Absolutely love it apart from 1 thing. I don't know about anywhere else but for my area they have the wrong delivery prices. For example it'd say €6 for delivery on the app and then when they come to my door it's a different price. This is the case with all the takeaways in my area. If they could resolve this it would be amazing.

You can never see the driver on map. You can't tip the driver through app. When you get a mail with order number it's impossible to copy on Android if you need chat support. When you get chat support they ask you to give feedback, when you're about to hit "good" another message pops up which places your finger right over "bad". It's not polished on the finer details compared to deliveroo

The new menu navigation layout is shite making it less easy to use but gives a great selection of places to eat in any area. I don't know if it's JustEat or the places that they promote, but it would be nice if there was a little more information on dishes and especially images. Like that Indian or Chinese dish that ya like the look of but don't know what it is:). Be nice to have little personal area to save dishes you've tried and might like to try again or avoid.

I've been ordering every week during a one year period and had to contact support for every third order. Delivery is slow, often 30min after estimated time, status not updated, even support sometimes cannot reach drivers and give any feedback. It doesn't justify service/delivery fee, and you also can't get refund until you wasted 2h waiting. In one year they did nothing to improve. 2024 Update: Another undelivered order, 2 calls to support, 2h wasted, cancelling order...

The new system they use for customer service is absolutely atrocious. Waiting over 24hrs for response to a disaster of an order. I honestly didn't think this app could get any worse. I'd give this app 1/100 if I could. Would not recommend, will not be using it again. USE DELIVEROO OR UBER EATS IF YOU CAN!!!

my experience (so far) on just-eat has been 100000 times better than uber eats and all the other delivery apps. Just eat gets my food nice and hot on time for good prices.

This app adds money to the cost of individual items, on top of a service charge. I have started ordering direct from the restaurants over the phone now.

App hasn't worked in months. Tried uninstalling/clearing cache makes no difference. Can't enter an address and it keeps giving an error.

Service is terrible, the last few times I had issues with my order I reported it and I haven't gotten anything back, no email asking about anything even, shocking customer service, wouldn't recommend.

Delivery fee is ridiculously expensive. For one person meals I need to pay almost double when I include delivery and service fees. Other apps are significantly better.

very slow and justeat is starting to presume what i want! getting really fed up with the app! also, the service charge should be scrapped. we get robbed with the delivery fee as it is. not user-friendly at all and never has a full restaurant menu either! I'm really getting sick of this app

App has not worked for a few months now. Enter location just says: "something's gone wrong". I have tried clearing data and updating to latest version but same issue. No idea when it started happening but I used to be a regular user and my last order was early March.

After it forced me to update to the most recent version, I can't check out using the app. When I click "order and pay" after selecting debit card as the payment method, it redirects me to a webpage within the app, that just says "pay with card" and has a picture of a card, and a box below that with a picture of a lock, but nothing else and no option to choose from my saved cards. It stays stuck on that page and won't do anything, so now I have to use the website instead if I want to pay.
