This app is complete scam‚ I paid for booking‚ then they cancelled it without refund. I contacted their customer support a zillion time‚ and every time they just say it will come after 3 days. Now it's been 7 days. Don't make my mistake‚ don't use this app! I advice playstore to remove this fradualan app at once.

Home cleaning service is really bad. I have tried with 4 to 5 companies from the app & the experience has been a complete headache. Not only is it overpriced & none of the cleaners are qualified to do a proper home cleaning session. They either do not speak either Arabic or English, use only glass cleaner to clean the entire house, or feel offended if you show them how to properly clean your own home & refuse to clean & leave after you have ALREADY PAID. These are a few examples out of many!

Unprofessional cleaning, and when they break your items, they take no responsibility for it. They just tell you it won't happen again.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Available only to chat without any help!!! Kept me more than 30 minutes to answer my question and kept repeating automatic replies....Unreliable timing of pickup and delivery...quality of ironing in quite poor for some laundries while prices are double in other laundries. They ask for rate the order, however publish only what they choose..I gave low rating twice and was not added!!!

They have a very pathetic service. Just clean is relying on third party, which is Dhobee. Instead of follow customer's schedules, they give their own timings. Today is a second time I'm waiting of them.they haven't show up so far. Service is not recommended at all. Waistage of time and money as well.

They will mess up your order and then double bill you. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend using this service.

very very very bad experience not professional at all . and doesn't accept any complain I was blocked. snd the workers on the app doesn't bother to call the customer . the servant doesn't speak English and useless

Bad costumer service no one answeres! And chat requests with the chat bot are ignored . And live chat agents are no help! Before they used to call ASAP and resolve any issue properly! But not anymore

There was about 1hr delay which was really inconvenient and when i wanted to contact the company there was no point of contact you can only send a msg on the app and wait for the replay

Earlier the app was good. I used to find the offers attractive. Now the charges are very high. Also the customer service is very pathetic. They don't even have basic information . They don't even know the details of driver! Chat option is very annoying no good input from the agent . Once the delivery was really out of schedule and I tried to call the number given by customer service, it was not existing.!! I had to check with the driver who previously delivered to get the correct number.

It was fine when it started. Now issues are cropping up with the cleaning companies who are not able to handle the load professionally. There is no way to get a specific cleaner even if you request it in the app and you may get assigned a cleaner who is not up to the mark. No refunds of packages are possible if you do end up with a bad cleaner.

The application's functions are good. Easy to use. But the actual services that provide by the sub companies and problem solving skills of cs team are literally unprofessional. In Kuwait, cleaners arrive late more than 1 hour. Even though i messaged to the cs team at least half an hour to inform them about the work assigned to the cleaners. It seems that the team doesn't have any proactive procedures to cross-check. I like the app, it is user-friendly. I hope the team in Kuwait will improve

Terrible, literally the worst. Bad customer service, bad timings, they never show, and they have a lot of bugs in the system. Given that they are not cheap neither, I would say there are a lot better options than this terrible provider.

The app is a good idea. However I've used it twice now for different services and have had issues. There's no way to contact each service provider through the app, and live chats are not helpful.

2024: Collection and delivery times have improved. Customer support is still not great and missing app features (live tracking, greying out unavailable services, etc.) bring down the quality of this app and service. 3* 2022: Collections and deliveries no longer arrive on schedule. Orders marked "delivered" even if they haven't arrived. Customer support does not help. 2*

very professional and very practical app! I tried their laundry service and I can just say it's amazing and time consuming. while sitting at home I open the app choose the items that I want to dry clean, select the date and time that are convenient for me. it's an easy app and not complicated at all.

Customer service is third class. Response timing is super slow and representative on support chat was very careless and very unhelpful. Just for a rescheduling date and time, he could not help.

This is a horrible app and I don't recommend wasting your time on it. The map doesn't work properly and the button to select where I live is grayed out. I've tried on my phone, my tablet, and my wife's phone. Every time I enter my credit card details, it comes back as 'transaction failed'. I've tried multiple CCs, all of which work fine on other apps like Talabat. I tried submitting a help request, but customer service never responds.
