The App requires location info and access to my phone, with no options... How about - only while using App or only one time. I'm not installing App. It's unnecessary to require all this info to buy shoes. Not even my bank.

Absolute shocking lack of customer service. Order not processed on day 5. Queried told item out of stock. Checked online and item still in stock 🤷 Them began a game of email ping pong with 8 members of staff clearly not communicating. VIP customer receiving bargain basement customer service. Will be cancelling my subscription and shopping elsewhere. Its not worth the time, the effort, the frustration. All they want is your monthly subscription and then play games with your orders. -100*

I've been shopping justfab for easily 7 years now. Never disappointed, work those sales and member benefits 👏 and you can get an amazing deal. Only word of caution, read through product description so you are informed of the materials used in your garment. There is a good amount or polyester, etc mixed in to sweaters.

It was good for awhile. Actually purchased shoes/ boots that I liked. Good quality merchandise. But as with all things, the cost increased. It was a good deal for 3/4 years. Out of my budget now. Too bad.

I'm trying to log in via the app but it keeps saying that my details are incorrect even though they aren't I don't understand why this is happening, and because I cannot log into the app I have use my browser but when I go to checkout on my browser it keeps declining my payment even though I have the available funds, I swear this is absolutely ridiculous!

This app had the best reviews I've seen anywhere,on a long time, BUT,my review is so bad,and I haven't even been able 2 use it yet.its SOOO ridiculous I really didn't want 2 waste my time wit it.so I opened the app and did the same thing me and anyone else has 2 do,at 1st...u have 2 create an account.k,tried that 4 at least an hour,soon as I clicked on,it wouldn't let me go that far... I mean, I'm SOOO mad rite now,bcuz this has been a very frustrating experience, and I can't even get set up.

This is not about the app.. but about the products. I used to love JustFab shoes, boots, sandals etc.. because they were, unique and stylish. Over the years Everytime I wore a footwear that I bought on JustFab I got loads of compliments. Now I can't find anything worthwhile buying. Majority of the shoes on here, I have seen in cheap shoes store. Sorry

This app glitches on me quite a bit. Also, it runs slow if u are looking at the higher number pages. With that being said, I love their products and they have quick shipping and great prices. They just need to update their tech stuff.

JustFab keeps me styled on a budget, & everything is risk-free. The only thing that throws some people is that you have to either buy or skip each month. I just put a recurring reminder on my calendar. A small thing when the deals are so good!

I have been a member for 5 years. And it has gone down hill. I pay 49.95 a month for my VIP Credits. And then I can't use it like cash. I just get a "credit" which could be a pair of 27.00 flip flops. Or 9.00 slippers. The rest of my $ goes up in smoke. It didn't used to be this way. And I am canceling my membership because they are banking over 50% profit on my "VIP" status and I get ZERO benefits. It's horrible. And I used to love just fab.

I went in with very low expectations and snagged really nice looking shoes for just $10 fully knowing I was about to get the most cheap falling apart shoes I've ever seen however they came a day early and in excellent quality. they fit perfect, even came with a little athletic bag. one star docked for being a fast fashion brand I already know there's gotta be unfair labor all over this if it's this good for this cheap.

DON'T Waste your time! This is a mess! Not alot of items on it, but worst of all you can see only part of the page! Can't see the items or 1/2 the sizes. It promises you $10 on 1st pair but when you check out.... U guessed it, full price is listed. I gotta headache now. Install at your own risk!

This app is so buggy. I've got VIP membership and recently it never lets me checkout. Always gives me some issue and I have to go to the site to complete the transaction but then because I tried on the app it makes it seem as if I've already used the store and member credits that I haven't. If you switch colours of products sometimes it just gives an error and you have to try again or refresh.

50$ a month for a credit towards one item or bundle under 80$. What I didn't know... All items and bundles are marked original price when using credit. When using credit, bundles are not discounted if one or more items are sold out or not available in your size.

The app looks great and is easy to navigate. However, I'm a VIP so I'm supposed to get discounted pricing. It shows the discount prices before the final total and even the BOGO discount I received was the same amount on both the site and app, but the VIP pricing wasn't applied at checkout. So even though I had to pay for an extra tax fee on the actual website, it was still almost $40 cheaper than on the app. But I'll keep it downloaded for updates, and when this issue is fixed I'll use it.
