I’m very disappointed with this cleaning company. After spending time finding the right cleaning lady, the company made a scheduling mistake that made her unavailable to me, even though she still works there. They admitted the error but refused to fix it, offering other cleaners instead. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer preferences is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend their service.

Disappointed with Justlife’s service. Despite previous bookings, this time had delays and poor communication. Instead of addressing the cleaner’s late arrival, they asked unnecessary questions 50 minutes after the booking time. The lack of reliability and efficiency was frustrating. While the representative tried to assist, it revealed major flaws in their processes. I wouldn’t recommend this service unless significant improvements are made to their reliability and customer support.

No customer service; you can not contact them, but they can contact you at will. Many times, they changed my booking to another time without informing me. I stopped using it and advised you to do the same.

haven't really able to use the app. everytime i am picking home cleaning and pick a time and pressing next nothing happens i couldn't not get to last page. app has alot of bugs

Regrettably, this initial transaction was also the final one. Upon requesting an order that incorporated an application discount, the application subsequently invalidated my coupon. Subsequently, I proceeded to schedule a cleaning appointment. Although the response was prompt, the overall experience was rendered unsatisfactory due to notable delays.

They give you a time for the service and then call you 45 minutes after the time to reschedule. Happened to me twice for the same service. When trying to call, app button doesn't work, and when they call you, they dont answer call backs. IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THROUGH THE APP. they send you through a loop.

Definitely love the whole experience of home service IV Hydration Therapy. Anjana arrived on time with her equipment ready, she's very gentle and helpful as I have very tiny vein, she guided me and advised where she can pricked the needles which I trusted her. I didn't feel anything as she's always Checking on me if i'm all right. The app is easy to used, I love the team how they reminded me about my appointment and checking on me after. Highly recommended, absolutely will book for more services

Using for the 3th time. The first time I did not get the option to use the discount voucher. Only now the option appeared with the note it was only for the first time of use. Funny. Regarding cleaning service, I am satisfied. Generally ladies are hardworking and patient. Some of them nevertheless bit of "finding their way"...

Justlife offers the worst service—always rescheduling, and their cleaners rush through the job without properly cleaning. I tried ServiceMarket instead, and it was 1000% better. They came the same day, and the cleaning was unbelievable—my home looked brand new! Try other services at least once to see how unprofessional Justlife really is.

Booked and confirmed three days earlier, and they canceled my booking at the last minute without any clear reason. They spoiled my day.. this is the sms got from them: "Hey Ahmad! Thank you for booking with Justlife. We regret to inform you that we are unable to serve you at your selected booking time. We sincerely apologize and will be reaching out to you to confirm our next available slot. Thank you for your patience." Not trustable and not recommended..

I would rate this company 0 if I could. I had multiple issues over the last 6 months: a bespoke damaged suit, a shrunk sweater (by 3 sizes), my cleaner comes weekly for the cleaning session but JustLife wouldn't provide her with a contractor pass for my building (EMAAR, so that's mandatory) and got rejected multiple times. they clearly do not care about offering a decent and valuable service, as much as they deny any problem and simply wash it off. good luck using them.

the lab test service is the worst, and the results are not received from last week without any update or a way to contact anyone from Justlife. a new update on this issue. Justlife support and management contacted me and explained the issue that caused the delay in sending the report. There was a small mistake from the lab they sent the report to the wrong email. In addition, they explained how to reach their support team. Thank you,

one of the cleaners lost my key! I was locked out of my apartment for 24hrs till the security found it. I contacted customer service and they said that they will resolve it in 4hrs but then they went offline and no one was responding to me. completely left me in the blue, I was standing outside my door for two hours looking for the key but it was no where to be found and customer service finished their duty and disappeared. very unprofessional and not helpful at all. will never use this again.

They'll text you within two hours of your original booking (made two days ago and confirmed by them!) to reschedule and give you 30 AED off!! I don't want your money, I want the service, and this is totally unacceptable. I'm reporting this to consumer rights.

After booking for Landry - dryclean yesterday and the pick up is now they texted me in WhatsApp saying we are off today due to Eid holidays and will schedule your pickup, they haven't mentioned anything on the app regarding the holidays they just took the money and confirmed the pickup, the only reason I downloaded the app and booked because it's super urgent and they just simply saying we are not working, All i can say its fraud app and don't ever download.. this is my first and last time

I've been trying to contact customer support through every channel possible. The support chat on your app does not work. I got an SMS saying that my service will be postponed to half an hour later. I then spoke to the professional and she told me it's actually going to be an hour and a half later. I not able to make it as I need to go to another appointment. I need to reschedule this but it's not possible to reschedule on the app because the service should have already started. I have paid...

Both the team and professional are very unprofessional, they cannot solve problems properly on the urgent situation. They are not well-trained, it happened to me not only one or two times, but multiple times and what they did just offering discounts however not all problems can be solved with discounts.

Booked a service well in advance. However, on the day of service, I received a message that it was rescheduled due to unavailability, and I accepted the rescheduled time they suggested. Still, it was rescheduled a second time. I tried to contact customer care, but surprisingly, there was no such option. This tempted me to cancel the booking.
