Unreachable hotline or contact. Very poor customer relations. A response after nearly 7 weeks speaks for itself. The New TV box menu system is very user unfriendly Đường dây nóng hoặc liên hệ không thể liên lạc được. Quan hệ khách hàng rất kém. Phản hồi sau gần 7 tuần đã tự nói lên điều đó. Hệ thống menu hộp TV mới rất không thân thiện với người dùng New kplus app is very complex and difficult to navigate. Absolutely awful.

My subscription expired recently and I decided not to renew it despite having been a loyal customer for years. The reason is playback on browser and tablet (Android) has been broken for one year now but there's no sign it's getting fixed. I've contacted support but the few times someone picked up they only provided useless template answers. Sau nhiều năm đăng ký, tôi quyết định không gia hạn vì từ một năm nay không xem được trên web và tablet Android. Đã gọi hỗ trợ nhiều lần, không thay đổì gì.

Very very bad app ever. Don't install please. I installed and buy package to see, but cannot see the film I want while I choosing "purchase" at film that I want to see. Extremely bad app.

Very very bad experience. I can't log in in the middle of the football match. I paid for the subscription but I cannot watch. I will not pay for this anymore.

Update 24 Sep 23: I am a subscriber for k+ full with fpt sports under k+ account. On 01 Aug 23, k+ only allow 1 device to be used fpt, but not k+. Then why I can't maintain with 2 device to watch concurrently for k+ channels? If fpt & k+ has issue in business term, then please throw away original customers entitlement and mix them up. Please provide a clear term and condition for customer so to avoid conflict. For new subscriber, just a head up that u should pay the service separately.

This app is very unstable. Whenever EPL matches are shown, my account is logged out and I can't login during the matches period. What a waste subscription!

Almost no subtitles in English. Furthermore a lot of the channels will disappear 1 of October. For example Fox channels.

Awesome app and latest update has just changed the whole user experience. Must have ott app with lot of channels and VODs. Very smooth viewing experience.

The display is all black, doesn't show anything, just the voice opened when I open football channels. It keeps happening even i tried to reinstall many times. I'm using Samsung Note10. How to fix it?

Badly designed app. Difficult to find channels. Difficult to watch old programmes that I missed. Cannot use bar to skip back or forward in shows I'm watching. Very frustrating to use

Horrible, company seems to be collapsing. F1 broadcasts start late, have connection errors and cut out partway through. Error rate has been increasing lately K+ also just lost the English broadcast rights so now nobody in vietnam can watch f1 in English. F1 advised they should be providing English language so they are investigating Seems the company is imploding.

So bad experience! It just starts the K+ logo screen when I try to open the app and stay there forever. No chance at all while I have to pay monthly fee for the service. On K+ box, not stable at all and it always says "MUC TINH HIEU KHONG DU" mostly everytime I watch on TV, even the sky is clear.

App is not stable all the time, very bad user experience, automatically log me out in the middle of a live match many times. I can't believe a large company like this can not build a proper simple video streaming app.

I haven't been able to watch any match for the past 3 month. It keeps saying video playback is unavailable. Yet, I'm able to watch watch football games on other apps. These just screams "scam". I keep paying monthly yets nothing has changed.

Terrible app to watch F1. Difficult to find the right channel and broadcast. When you do find them and get to watch, the broadcast buffers constantly. Also the app fails to tell you that they don't broadcast practice 1 and Q3 BEFORE you subscribe. Moreover, all of the broadcasts i bookmarked were deleted an I was unable to bookmark them again. Overall a horrific experience. Save yourself some money and headaches and just use a VPN for better apps.
