Can't login, the app endlessly loads. I called the helpline and was told no English representative for K-Biz are available.

The app keeps crashing recently. Need to use K Biz instead.

After a while the app stops working with a message every time I start it : " unfortunately K PLUS SME has stoped."

Barcode payment doesn't work! never worked! It doesn't read any barcodes or QRs.. don't know why the function even exists if it never works.

Cannot scan QR for transfer or pay almost everything. Connot pay even AIS bill. Please improve it.

Crushing all the time and won't open again until I restart the phone. Tried force stopping and clearing cashe. Nothing works but phone restart.

This app is not user friendly. The QR code scanner never works. The app now says "service unavailable, please tray again later" for 3 days now. Also says my device is non factory and cannot use now. Ridiculous.

Cannot scan QR code and also receipts of transactions are not saved. Can you please make this app like the personal account app? I love the personal account app, is so much better. Thank you.

Functional. But very basic app with few options to set up for business ease of use. I think this app has not been tested by actual end users. Several annoying glitches which have to be worked around. Hope KBank puts more effort in to upgrading this app.
