SIM means Subscriber Identity Module, and is always transmitted whenever the phone is on air, regardless of updated security protocols. So why the always ask SIM card number every login? There are many more and better ways to improve security without wasting time. I loss significant sales due to this long login problem. **Please put the features in this app to *343# instead, as this app does not work via PLDT network; I always open Smart LTE just to have this app working fine.

The load promos are not updated, this is very important since most of the customers want to have load without registering the promos manually. It should match with the retailers menu. Regular load should not be sorted in descending order because it's prone to error especially for small scale businesses owners. Should add import suki from phone contacts. This app has potential. Will increase the rating once promos are updated.

The app does not work in transaction. I've been having the same problem everytime I transact. I have a full bar in signal and I use my load sim to transact. The problem is that after I put the amount of transaction it says "Loading Failed" "Unable to process. Please try again later." I've been doing so many attempts in transaction but it still did not work. Please fix the App ASAP!

Please fix the error/bug when I'm attempting to load on my customer, the app will suddenly freezes, but I tried to install on other device and tried to use it is working properly but only on my own device/mobile that didn't work. Please fix it asap so that I can use this app on my device and Load to my customer/suki easily. My Device is Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime. I'm hoping to resolve this issue and I'll change my ratings to 5stars if it is resolved. Also I recommend to add more promos. God Bless!

This app is still not ready. Too many malfunctions! I loaded a 50 pesos regular last week and the notification said that the transaction failed try again later. Good thing i checked the transaction history first because the load went in 3 times! Both at 9:41am and the other one at 9:42am. And just now, i was notified to upgrade this app to be able to continue using it. But after the upgrade, i could not open the app anymore. "The requested resource cannot be found" it said.

This app is actually great, a few more add ups and it will be perfect. I had no problem sending load using the app but it's missing other popular promos like ML10, FB10 and Allnet20. It will be a great help if you could fix that. I'm hoping for a better upgrade soon😊. And to other retailer that can't register your retailer sim because of the auto-fill, just turn off your data, exit the app then enter again, enter your retailer number before turning your data again. That's what i did.

Very outdated app, please improve and update the infos. The way this app works is very outdated. Reloading Smart load wallet shouldn't be this hard. Better remove this app in this store. This is useless and can't even work on old Android phones.

I have no problems the moment I installed this app. But when I updated it, just this day, I can't use it! It wont recognize my own fingerprint or security pin! Kindly fix this please. Thanks. Edit: June 15, 2024 / 8:46PM The apps keeps on crashing everytime I logged in. Please fix this.

This app is such a scam. I don't know if it is even real or what. But I only tried this because Smart keeps on texting me and I got curious at it so I downloaded this. But really, it doesn't work at all. I tried loading for two different numbers but after hours of waiting, my customer didn't receive any amount or promo I have loaded to them. What's worst is that my load balance has been deducted the moment I did the transaction! Just what the?! Instead of making it better, it's just the worst.

After the update the fingerprint security wouldn't work and you're required to login all the time asking for authentication pin which is a hassle, it wasn't like that before, easy to use, open app, scan fingerprint, load and done, now it's just a chore, fix this please, I will change my review depending on the fix made to this app Edit: turns out it's the same as before so back to 1* until all is fixed

I've registered my number and was excited to try loading with the app, but I couldn't complete a single transaction as it freezes right after I enter a recipient's number. I think it would be a great app; however, probably because it's on its initial phase, there is that bug that prevents me from being able to use it. I really hope this gets fixed as soon as possible.

The app hangs frequently and logs out frequently. Ka-Partner rewards points are not updated. They push retailers to use this app but it has a lot of bugs and is not as smooth. There are no replies to email concerns.

Good thing is there is suki list which makes it easy to input the number and it has transaction History. Two things I don't like about this app which needs improvement is that 1) it needs an internet connection for you to be able to use the app, much better if it can be used without internet connection because not all the time internet is available; 2) other promos like FB10, ML10, UTP promos are not in the list of promos offered. Most of my customers are availing these promos.

Internet dependent app that makes it incovenient and as for the lastest update, it crashes just trying to input the password on my oneplus device. I tried uninstall and reinstall, but it didnt fix the crashing issue. Also sending of OTP sobrang bagal, you need to request several times before you received the OTP

This app needs internet connection and i have nothing against with that. I like the graph that will help you monitor your income, the suki list and special promos. I'm just having trouble of always expiring session so i have to login again with the OTP that most of the time it will take more than 5 minutes to receive and that makes my customers wait longer. Second is it didn't have the ML10, UTP15, FB10, UCT and etc. Hope this will improve very soon.

Giving it 2 stars for the developers for coming up with the concept and because I've not had any problems logging in unlike the other users (let's keep it that way pls). I'm just a bit disappointed na it didn't allow me to replenish my loading credits. I honestly downloaded hoping na it has that feature since I'm someone who seeks convenience by doing transactions online rather than going out lalo na with the pandemic and storms happening this year. I really hope it happens very soon.

This is helpful and convenient to use. However, this app is very dependent to internet connection, which means you can't use it offline which is quite bad especially if you are living in remote area. Please kindly add ALL existing TNT and Smart promos if possible. I will stick to *343# for now until the app becomes stable. I will change my rating once offline mode is added.

The new update has improved the app but unfortunately after selecting what brand to load to, the app freezes when I am about to enter what kind of load my customer wants. I tried doing the same process again but I still can't get through which is frustrating. My Android OS is 6.1 and the data connection is fine. [Update] I still can't access the promo page, I tried your suggestion but it seems to not work.

I freakin'hate the app, it, had to login every few hours, and it also crashes most of the time. Already tried troubleshooting but its still the same. This app doesnt make it easy to sell load. I understand this is to modernized things. But it doesnt help really, and you cant trust mobile apps. And it also requires data charges or wifi and if you dont have those, you have to spend extra just to earn something. It doesnt even have all the promos customers can avail. Ughgfg. Frustating

I have fast internet connection but still the app lags too much. I tried to reload my load wallet but whenever i try, the logging in part freezes and then crash eventually. Please develop this app properly. I did as inatructed, I cleared the cache, uninstall and reinstall. Ensured that the sim is in the slot 1 and connected to smart data and also wifi. Guess what, the app forcing to close. Typing my number and not even finished to typing my password, its closing. Now i cannot log in anymore.
