Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. The timetable is often incorrect

Ever since the server incident, the bus time is not accurate. For instance, today I went outside since it said the bus will arrive in 5 minutes but when I checked the bus stand, the bus will take 11 minutes to arrive. Well, great.

As inconsistent and dysfunctional as any app from a company allowed a monopoly in a market. Bus times are inaccurate, arrivals could be 5 minutes + or -, and mapping doesn't always list the best/fastest bus route to get to destinations.

Even without knowing Korean, it's very easy to use and totally accurate (bus times and location, etc). Foreigners can easily figure it out. Start using it today!

A life saver app in Korea. This app works for most cities in Korea, though not every single line is covered. You need to know the line no you are searching. It tells you where you are and when will the next bus coming. But all the content are in Korean, so you must know the Korean name of your bus stop and your destination. The timing is very accurate. I did not need to take any taxi while on my last trip to Jeonnam region: Gyeongju, Mokpo and Yeosu. Don't forget your T- Money too!

It consistently defaults to the opposite bus stop, even when I'm at my stop (i.e. I'm at the northbound platform but the app places me at the southboundone), which creates problems. It's also regularly about one minute behind the buses' actual schedules, which leads to additional delays. Update: four years later and this issue remains.

your update has removed links to surrounding bus stops which make it hard to find connecting buses or know where nearby bus stops are. also many bus stop numbers in ilsan are incorrect, so I can't find what buses are actually working since so many of the bus routes have not been removed or placed up. this app use to be great. but now there are too many problems. I am looking for a better app to replace.

For my bus stops, the times are mostly very accurate. I go to a major bus stop, as well as one that has only one bus. The buses never arrive before the time indicted. They may arrive a little bit later, but that is due to unpredictable traffic. The times update as well, if there are any changes. Finding a bus stop in the map is easy. Finding it in the list of the bus route, though, is a bit confusing.

This new app version is frustrating. Instead of telling me how much time until a bus arrives or until my stop in my Notifications area, it just says '버스 승차/하차 알림이 진행 중입니다.' How is that helpful?? Tell me the times and stop numbers. I also can't find where it shows me my closest bus stop, a function I used frequently. Instead I have to find it myself on a map. I miss version 4.
