I bet this is the worst app I have ever used ..u guys are so disorganized,,I ordered 6 products but delivered only two ,,I ordered again u claimed somethings that I ordered they are out of stock yet I had already ordered...you are total disappointment ... please be organized you can become something good

KAPU seems fake... Did the *789*8# and, after getting confirmation SMS, I downloaded the app. But at login, it still says "wrong phone number entered". And Can't click anything on the website either.. And phone number is inactive..

Has bugs and fails to load,how do i solve that.i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling severally with no success. It would be good if you add a search tab also for easy reaching of stuffs.

Terrible app.It empties your basket before you can checkout. You won't find the agent nearest to you. The deal prices fluctuate and worst of all you can't search for products. They make you scroll through the entire catalogue to find what you need.

Kapu, your services are good on the ground. But this app has problems every single day. One moment you cannot change location, the following day the app is constantly hanging. Why do you keep on updating the app every now and then ?

I have updated the app and it has a problem when I try to select the location the app crashes now I have to uninstall and install it again every single time I order goods . But other than that everything else is good

This app has incredible offers and deals, actually the best in town. But why can't I change my location? And why does the app keep stopping to the point I can't even access it? This is a big issue and pushes me to give a one star. I'd come to reconsider my review when it's sorted. For now , I'm frustrated real deal.

I ordered products on multiple occasions but so many issues with this App and their delivery system. I will not be using it anymore or recommending to anyone, because the unreliability is quite disappointing and it's bad for my clients and business.

The app isn't giving an option of resetting your privacy.... someone logged into my account and started ordering items..... there's no privacy at bcz am trying to reset and nothing is happening..... very poor settings u need better options nkt

Worst customer service ever you order things they bring after even 3 days then when you refuse to be their pick up station they wont bring any order after that they so rude and terribe and when you pay money before delivery they won't even bring the order until you follow up DON'T USE KAPU

Extremely terrible app. No privacy at all. How can I even create my own password, no option for that. Someone keeps making orders using my account every time, damn it😠. When I call the agent number, no one answers. Terribly. Play store should create a zero star rating for apps especially for this one.

Loaded the app, was notified I had to update to new version. I downloaded the new version but even then was still prompted to update the app, the link led to Play Store where having already done the update I clicked "Open" which led to the prompt to update, sending me on an endless loop. Even when I restart phone, the issue persists. Please fix the bug!

If I could give zero star, I would. Customer Service number is always off. Only the first order went well. Second order, I couldn't make payment via app so their agent had to make payment on my behalf. Third order, they didn't deliver all my goods and getting a refund (which was their solution) on goods not delivered is taking more than a week. Their support team is automated response with no specific updates. At one point, a different support person outrightly said that a previous one had lied.

The prices are to die for, but the user interface is infuriating. The shopping cart isn't viewable until one adds an item to it. When one leaves the app for a while (20 -30 minutes) the items placed in the cart disappear and one has to start all over again. You only find out the items have disappeared when you add another item to your cart. One can only access the cart by selecting any product as if you want to order. Please look at how other shopping apps look & make the app easier to use.

Don't waste your time updating to their new version, it keeps parading 5 products throughout and when you search for the items you want you're told it's not available. You decide to log out your account then you see all the products displayed for shopping but the moment you click on add to basket it takes you back to log in, funny enough the moment you log in you're back to the same 5 products circulating again. In short you'll be frustrated for nothing.
