It was great, then it went bad. I loved this app for extra cash and I never had a problem up until now. The last couple of games I've played haven't laid out my reward. The first time it happened, I emailed support and they were super responsive and acted like my problem would be resolved asap, but then nothing happened. Still waiting on my rewards for multiple goals.

It is an absolute con. They make it where you can't complete what you need to get paid. I would hit the first milestone and all of the sudden my tablet would freeze and I would have to hard reset it multiple times. My device would somehow delete the games and reset them to the beginning. My husband has been trying to earn rewards and has been playing obsessively. His game is freezing up and his game has been reset to the beginning 10 times just today.

Updated to 5 Stars! I escalated my issue and the support team was amazing. My issue was resolved and they went above and beyond what I ever expected. Original Post: I will update my review if kashkick resolves my issue. I downloaded a game. It showed up under my in progress tab. I reached the required level in the required amount of time but when I looked under the in progress tab, it said oops ran out of time. Contacted support and got a canned response that was of no help.

Not happy at all. I played a game and got the short days bonus, the full amount was pending for completing the challenge. I decided to try 2 other games, but there was no way to complete them in time, so I was working on a different one. For some reason, I was logged out of my account and now it says my account was closed. Do not recommend if this is the kind of game they're running. Update: I would give the team that had helped me out 5 stars. Holding out for the 2 just in case.

I like the idea of making money but as much trouble as I have with apps not wanting to open in kashkick, it's not worth it sometimes. Them the games offered wants levels done at a certain time and some games is impossible without buying something! Very Aggravated and I have the right system. They just cannot fix the issue between them and Google Play!

This is legit. I just withdrew $100. I had to play 4 games for a couple weeks, but the requirements were doable. They don't change the games that often, mostly merge, casino, dice games. I wish they had more match games. I have also noticed that now the reward requirements are not as doable as before. Some if not most games requiring you to reach levels 2000 in 6 days or something like that. If they update their game selection I'll play more. Main thing is they do pay out within the day. PayPal.

I'm on the fence with this one... The first 2 offers I downloaded were no problem. I didn't have any problems reaching the levels to earn the cash. But now I can't seem to find any good worthwhile offers. They are all extremely high levels to reach in such a short time frame. Not to mention the games to download are extremely greedy and require you to make a purchase in order to really gain. Probably delete this app soon ... the games aren't that great on top of what I already mentioned.

Don't waste your time. I contacted them immediately after I downloaded an app that didn't show up in my progress, told me to wait 24 hours, came back and they told me it was my fault that I didn't check to make sure the app tracking worked, and nothing they could do. Update: Team contacted me and gave me a partial credit on the games that didn't track (though it's much less than what I would've earned). Their support team is quick at responding and fixed a lot of the issues I had already.

I have completed requirements on two different games without it tracking my progress. It says I downloaded the game, but when I reach the levels it doesn't mark them as completed. I contacted support and they were no help. It's truly a waste of time when I don't receive any of the rewards. I have all of my settings correct and am extremely frustrated with this whole app and customer support.

It's all fun and games until you go to redeem your cash then, they automatically close your account for no reason without depositing the funds. I have reached out to customer service with the reference ID number to have my account reactivated but yet no such luck. I have contacted them through email, in app support as well as their Facebook account. Still nothing!! I have also looped the BBB in on the situation. Thanks

The games are ridiculous now, and demanding more levels for very short amount of time so you never make it. it was good at first but now it's harder and going down hill. however you do get paid. Iusually takes a week to be cleared but it goes directly into your PayPal and then into you bank. So it's not a scam like other apps. But I wish they fix the game better and stop making it worst

Goals on games are unrealistic UNLESS you PURCHASE IN GAME content. Which I understand *purchases maybe required but, you cannot hope to earn back the money you spent on the games. Having to buy into the games just to hope to meet goals isn't a good way to "earn money while playing". The games were fun though. I did play several games, multiple times a day as they all had energy cool downs including any ads that helped with advancement. Just not for me.

The good: They do pay out! I have been waiting to review until I knew for sure, but my $121 deposit just hit my bank. The not so good: Out of 3 games I downloaded, I was only able to complete 1 of them in the timeframe needed. And I play a lot! The "offers" are for weird things I don't have any interest in signing up for the the "surveys" pay PENNIES. So, I think it's worth trying, but I'm deleting the app now because ultimately it's too much work. The other games available are not ones I like

Super annoyed that you have to have a "newer phone" in order to participate in this to earn money!! Not all of us can afford fancy new phones. I have a galaxy 8 and I can download and play the games you're supposed to add to earn money just fine and yet it won't register that I downloaded the game to give me that credit. So I wasted hours of my time trying to pay that game to level 20 to see if it would give me any credit for that and nope! Super lame. Disappointed.

Honestly, this app is pretty amazing. At first I thought it a scam like countless others out there. And don't get me wrong, some of the goals for certain apps seem a little unrealistic, but there are more than enough realistic ones you can achieve. So far I've earned $170! The real test is cashing out. You have to verify your identity first, which i did. I did a trial test of sending $10 to my PayPal, but it is pending right now. I will update to 5 stars when it clears!!!

This is the 2nd time I've had crediting issues with this app, despite meeting the near impossible level requirement within the time frame. The first time they were happy to fix it because it was .25 now that it's worth more they won't fix it for me. I have screenshots to prove I made my requirement in time. I have also not been able to cashout yet because my winnings have been pending for 2 weeks

Edit: Ok, it takes time for the balances to hit your account. If you're patient, you can actually make a little! It seems when you hit the first tier of promised pay, it's put into your balance pretty quickly. (Usually a buck or two) Anything higher seems to show as achievements in your progress tab, but seem to be held in limbo. And if you delete the game, you lose pending awards. They've been sitting there for weeks not hitting my payout balance. If this changes, I'll update.
