Your app doesn't work it's mean so bad. You must check more before you let your clients use it. For my experience this app is not enough for bank app like a simple app.

This update version 3.1.1 is not working on my phone, everytime open the app always alert internal server error. Please check and release the new version.

The new version looks good but keyboard input seem problem. Sometimes I haven't finished typing yet but it hide the keyboard.

Since the update the app will not open. It was very good before. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. But for now 1 star. Update. Could open app but no one time password recieved to access my account.

Register is such a pain. I have to open my mouth and blink like 10s before it can proceed. The scan national ID is not working at all for me, I can't register now.

No longer able to view my fixed accounts. Can't even see transfer from the main account to a fixed account. The new update is a lot non functional Edit: Even the QR code upload does not work. Poor dev.

I'm using Honor90 not able to check my deposit since the new app has updated new launch. As a user, I'm very disappointed after I went to 2 KB PRASAC branches, their stuffs and IT check this but result they responded "The app is about not well supported with the phone". So I have some Questions 1. Why aren't the bank fix this issue as well as other bank apps working well nowadays? 2. How long the bank keep remaining this unsatisfying or untruthful till affect their user(s)?

To Developer, I have no idea whether you're cheating me or not. I performed small balance cross currency transfer from KHR to USD and ur system was deducted my KHR balance more than I instructed. If u dont believe, try it urself. I've never experienced this case since 2015. Ur old version is OK. But this new one is s***t. Check it by urself.

I cannot activate my account, it is always alert that your account is blocked. Even though I went to Prasac office twice to unblock my account it doesn't work. Very annoying. I consider not to activate this account anymore. If you don't improve activation process you cannot compete with the others who activate take just 1 minute.
