This banking app has no privacy and ethics.This app break customers' right.They shared customer privacy and freeze some account for no reason.The customer service is so bad too.Be careful!It's pretty unreliable.Shame on KBZ bank.I wish I could give 0 star.

there's Too many Ads and Sometimes the App itself would Not Work. tottaly Useless app I Have Ever used In my Life since Living In Myanmar Yangon. Kbz Should Be Ashamed Of themself for working with the Military and Freezing my family Assets for no Reason.

Each transtion should let the sms so that agent will be monitor they incoming and outstanding balance. If something wrong we can trash back from previous sms balance outstanding

This new version on working days Registering a new one is too difficult. An application that is about 5 years old has always been comfortable to use, so the latest version should be better. This inconvenience wastes time and effort.
