This app used to be Great. Best service I ever used but Now it's getting buggy and bad. Call quality is reduced and takes longer to connect to call tha before. Before it was just flawless. Now even I see " Offline" sometimes When my internet is perfectly working, I think Their server is overloading and they can't manage it ,they need to upgrade and install more backup servers, However at least this app doesn't have anything to do with ban , Good for cold calling and Selling goods

I was using this for more than 2 year and I find it a great app to use but sadly I have to end my usage with you as I don't like your new update to top up through voice credit, I prefer paying through my credit card directly to you not through other apps and exposing my financial privacy online. I wish if you left more options for your costumers to choose their payment preferences. anyway that's my feedback and I did started using another app now.

This app was good before and you can choose which amount of money will want to buy. Now is like voice pay. Why you want us to used Google pay and you choose the amount by yourself

I am not going to pay Google extra. You should continue to charge as you did in the past. it is a ripp of for those who pay extra for google as there are other apps with out the the extra

This app was my go-to app when calling overseas but seen they imposed google pay, I said goodbye to the app. and please don't say it is imposed by google. other apps such as rabtel don't require you to pay by google pay.

Used to be a great app. Now they changed it and it went down. I can't top up anymore. Got much more expensive as well. Looking for something else to replace it to be honest.

When you don't have phone signal but you have Internet, or when the other person has signal but no Internet - this is A Must Have. Plus, very cheap rates. Get a $5 credit to your account, you never know when you'll need it. Had it for many years, really great app!

Only works on certain calls from Japan calling Australia, some calls work but others don't. The signal strength is fine. Calling our home number is fine calling a neighbour it says press 4, then press 3, then press 4, then it drops out? I have tried their land line & a mobile with no success. 🤔

I don't know how to describe this app. No less than one star. The call is still ringing, it start to show connected and charge you. In fact the call isn't connected at all. Seems like robbery.

Since the update I cant make International calls. My husband has a separate account and his is the same. I'd like my money back .... until then I've used it fine for over 2 years.

I have been using this app for about 3 years, and all was great until the last update. Since then, I can only buy call credits of $6 at a time and they make you pay $8 for it. I often have to buy credits in the middle of a call because the $6 call-credit gets used up quickly. I used to be able to choose how much credit I wanted to buy, ranging from $10 to $50. This new "$6 only" call-credit feels like a scam.

Using over a decade, never complaint even I've had reasons when they changed prices without telling me. I thought, it's OK, I can afford a penny or two per minute. But today, I found out that I've to pay for using it! No prior notice, no customer loyalty? I just signed up with another app! Yeah, Keep exploiting!!

Really pleasantly surprised by this. I just needed to make a few international calls and, after seeing that the most well known service makes you deposit a minimum of $15 (!), I saw Keepcalling recommended in a random Reddit comment. Figured it's only $5 to deposit, it's worth a try. Works perfectly! If all you need is a simple app to make calls to other countries, use this. Cheap, good connection, process was incredibly simple and I was calling the UK from Ecuador within minutes.

Great service have been a customer for 10+ yrs. Couple if issues with the mobile experience. (1) Buying credit is burried way too deep into the app. Bring this front and center. (2) After purchase, there no confirmation and balance does not reflect immediately on the app. Have to close and reopen to confirm it went through successfully. This is confusing.

If you are still considering, DO NOT get this app. This dumb app keeps telling that my internet connection is not strong. My internet speed is 500 mbps. I never had any issues with any other apps, streaming, gaming, download etc. It worked fine when it did. It doesn't work anymore. This is just a rip off as money left in my account is a waste.

For the past few years, this app has been very good. Then suddenly, all my info disappeared on the app (CC payment methods, email, etc.), I can't make calls, and it only says offline, and I still have an active balance. I logged out/in, re-installed app. Nothing works. Called their U.S.A toll-free #, and the recording says no longer available. What's going on?

Since moving overseas it's been difficult to keep in contact with anyone from back in the U.S. because of the cost. With KeepCalling it cuts the cost down so that I can call anywhere in the U.S. and even tells how much credit is left after the calls. The only problem I've had with it has been an occasional clicking sound on the calls. Fix that and the app would be perfect.

Can't say more about this but certainly this app has served its purpose and makes it easier to use your credit even if you don't make a monthly payments. In the time of various social media calling feature sometime we get lost of the phone call. However, keepcalling is very easy to use and does help me to make a call very easily. The credit don't expire, so if you have purchased even an year ago the amount would still be there for you to use. I recommended to couple of my friends too.

I've been using this app since November 2013 and haven't had any problems. Until today. Now it's saying that the connection to the server is resetting because my Internet is slow. That's impossible because I have 3G and high speed Internet plus Wi-Fi in my apartment. So, the problem must be with the app. On top of everything, I can't even log in. Developers, please fix this. *UPDATE* They fixed the problem the very same day and I haven't had any problems since!

Thus app has not been working for about a month. I think this happened after last update. It says the connection to server has failed. No more access to your profile so I'm unable to cancel autopay. No way to contact them through the app. I sent a message through their website which I tried to log in to and said email and password didn't match (sight)
