They charge 25% for a refund. It has not passed 24 hours. Get away of this abusive behaviour, even ilegal to any cool-off online purchase period. I just made a purchase and had to make a cancellation and they said they want to take 25% of the purchase price, despite the fact I did the cancellation before 12 hours from my purchase! The purchase has not even been processed and they want to profit with this. This is the worst customer satisfaction and does not respect any cool-off period.

Should have read the reviews before. Got damaged snickers for a full price. Support don't react, just repeat the template "we can give your 10% discount". Real deception. Add two stars for reaction after a week of correspondence. Thanks for returning the money.

Wow. The reviews are right. Wish I would have read them before buying my daughter shoes. They have not responded to a single email of mine. Only a bad company does this. Scammers for sure. Avoid at all cost. It's been way past the delivery date and it shows that it hasn't even shipped yet. Avoid people. Avoid!

I regret buying shoes from This company kicks crew. They seem to be a scam. I waited more than a month to get my order, and when I tried to exchange them for a bigger size, nobody answered my email. Their return policy is ridiculous. You have to pay extra to ship them back within 7 days, and they also charge you a 15% restocking fee. It's a waste of time and money. I advise you to avoid this company at all costs. I'm still trying to get in touch with someone who can help me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS

Buyer beware! Although it doesn't seem like a scam website/app, it is. I placed an order before Thanksgiving. They say to allow for ten business days to ship. It's almost Christmas, and it still hasn't shipped. I keep getting the same emailed reply from customer service. Please allow extra time due to the holiday to deman. At this point, I'm ready to dispute the charges with my bank as fraud. It's unfortunate because I spent $200 and was really hoping to give it as a Christmas gift.

The app won't let checkout, and the worst customer service I ever experienced. It took literally 18 days to respond to my first issue, and a ongoing issue still having received another follow up response, now going on 11 days and counting at the time of this post. They'll never see anymore business from me. 🚫

Beware! When you use this app. Here's why, after paying a £40 shipping charge. Thinking that was it. DHL then had to receive a payment of £101.47 before they would deliver my Jordan 3's. When making the purchase there is no warning of this further surcharge, and after paying shipping, your led to believe that's it. However I did receive GENUINE air jordans, but had to pay £150 more. So i would strongly recommend finding your Trainers somewhere else! Only use this as a LAST resort.

Beware of untold delivery fee, if ordering from Canada. Brought a pair of AirJordan Retro 13's for $240 plus taxes + $68 customs fee at checkout, total of $340. They then took about 2wks to arrive and when UPS guy showed up, I was informed I had to pay another hidden international customs fee of $87 for him to give them to me. USP guy said that it does happen alot, where some companies don't tell customers about that hidden fee. I wasn't happy. But I do love the shoes.

At first, a single order takes up more than 10 days Secondly, even after paying for shipping on their website ,they don't give it to the shipping company. When your parcels arrive,they will request you to pay tax and import duties up to 60 % of the initial product that you bought ,that really insane and crazy.... So the money they took from you on their website doesn't count. They stole it and then make you pay again for no reason .

I ordered a pair of nike lebron 19 @155 USD At the time of billing it was clearly mentioned that this amount includes $45 of import duties and shipping cost But after i received the pair, i had to pay additional $48 Import duties. But its okay they can cover this in their terms and conditions and blah blah but the shoes which i received were not worth at all. The soles of both the shoes were folded and distorted. Also the Shape of left shoe was distorted. Really had a very bad experience.

Terrible service. They have no idea where my ordered shoes are. The customer service people give you poor excuses to buy time in hope they turn up. Please dont use them, there are better options out there. So disappointed.

This company is crazy. A pair of shoes would be $135 and the delivery / handling fee is $70. More than half the shoes price.

Ordered my sons shoes, said out for delivery today, didn't come, still waiting two days later so far. Tracking info only tells you so much. $122 shoes and $40 shipping to Australia. Nope won't be buying again. Prices go up high depending on shoes size too. Not one price for one pair of shoes. My son size 8.5 $122, my son size 12 $655. Thwn ahipping on top of that. Yeah nah

Trainers got glue marks all over them. The delivery service UPS is shocking and charged nearly £100. When I already paid kicks crew for the product and shipping. Will not be ordering from here again

I was extremely nervous to order from here. Seeing these type of reviews makes it even harder. But I ordered a pair of Jordan's for my husband. It was the first time I ordered from them and even tho it took a couple of weeks, they came in and they were in good condition. I didn't have to pay any extra fees. I will say that the shipping cost is crazy high! All in all my husband loves the shoes! I hate that so many people had bad experiences. I will be ordering from them again!
