Gameplay is like the ads ive seen, but the amount of pop up clutter chests where you watch an ad for a free boost is too much, also the constant pop ups for me to purchase $12 bundles for a tiny boost to in game resources? Predatory, and not worth it.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IS FUN! Downloaded because, like many others, this game is advertised as not needing an internet connection, however, when I disconnected my phone from the internet, the game stopped functioning. Would live it if Google would do something about the rampant false advertising on their platform.

Warning to other players, buying the no ads results in no adds, but takes away bonuses of everything as they require diamonds which means $$ to purchase diamonds to get chests etc. absolutely ridiculous. Edit in response; before no add purchase, I could get the chests etc for an add, after add purchase, I can get the chest with diamonds, which have to be purchased. That is absolutely not ok. You've eliminated the perks of no adds by moving the goal posts, forcing people to spend more. Refunded.

I hate the new update they did. Making it so you only have the villagers in the capital makes it hard to allocate enough to cover the farms in the other islands and tries to force you to buy gems to get more because it makes gathering resources a serious grind. I loved the game before that and now I no longer want to play it because of the new update

I love the different game types within the game. Moves pretty well without having to spend money however I paid for no ads and it still is a good chunk. I understand the reason behind ads but it would be better if they were 30 seconds or less. But overall smooth game.

Bit of a fun game (ad farm game though 100%) thought okay fair enough it's been fun for a couple of days so I'll pay to have ads removed. After over an hour of having "forced ads" removed (the only ad remove option) nothing has changed, ads are still absolutely everywhere and I cannot tell you what ads have been removed at all. Feels like a scam

Fun game. Watching ads in optional for double rewards, etc. Though it becomes impossible to progress around level 20 without paying or watching tonnes of ads. You can't replay levels, so you get to a stage where you just can't win. Getting stronger to progress is too hard at that point.

Surprisingly addictive! Always something to do; resources to mind, lands to explore & defend. In game ads speed things up, but aren't necessary. A few glitches - not all resources are visible in all lands, even though they are needed: I might have gold & need it to build, but I can't see how much gold I have. The game play is easy to figure out & intuitive. Almost too enjoyable. Hope the pace & feel keep up. LVL 21

i loved it. i got too level 39, and it's clear the game caps at 40, but won't let you upgrade that last building. i put about four days into this game. you CAN beat this game without ads, but that'll take much, much longer. i did almost everything past lvl 25 with no ads. kingland devs: fun little game, but needs more gear and gametypes thanks for making this.

Truly a 5 star game. I always find myself drawn to these types of games and they're riddled with ads, either by interrupting the game or by asking if I want to skip a prize ad, but showing me the ad anyway after skipping it. Extremely minimal, only prize ads, not obnoxiously slow or difficult to upgrade. Great graphics, cool sounds. Really considering purchasing the ad free version.

every time you level up your keep the game will pan around to the points of interest and slowly make you aware of them which will feel like death when you just want to play. also, there's a vampire survivors minigame that kind of drives progress and it's fun the first few times and then it is so boring that you want to die. occasionally during this mini game if you watch an ad during it after the ad, the game will not resume.

Nah, it's a scammie type game. Paid $5 for no "forced" ads. Well, there never was a forced ad to begin with. The only ads were for prizes and my money didn't cover those. So I paid for a b.s. thing. You get to a certain level, and you cannot upgrade enough to defeat anything anymore. Could be a good game with honest developers at the helm.

If the update was going to reset my characters gear, then why didn't it restart the balloon levels. Pretty messed up that I keep my level but lose everything else. Now the zombies are overpowered and I've lost all gear to counter that. I had to uninstall and reinstall to basically try and get things back that I got and then was all taken at the update. I don't recommend this game.

Game has a scam in it at the moment. Option to remove "forced ads" does not remove any ads in the game. Their are no "forced ads" to begin with, just the optional ads for prizes. One would assume that the No Ads purchase option for $5 would remove all ads than. Nope, it does not remove ads or do anything at all. Many other people have complained of this in the comments and the dev has responded to these comments but have not done anything to fix it for over a month. Game would be 4 stars if fixd

Very fun, if relatively short game. I played daily a month and maxed out on the levels available to play at this time. I didn't spend any real money but never felt like I was stumped or trapped in an endless grind if I didn't pay to play. If you do choose to pay prices seem reasonable. You do have to watch lots of ads to unlock bonus resources and they're usually on the longer side (45-60 seconds) so that would be my one ding on the experience but overall it's acceptable for this genre of game.

It's pretty entertaining and I appreciate the lack of forced ads (despite the game stating there are), however I'm stuck due to a bug where the game thinks I'm quite a few levels higher than I am. My Kingdom is level 19, but my next mission is to upgrade it to level 23 with no way to do so. And it's asking for materials I cannot get from an island I have not unlocked.

Gameplay is awesome but spending $10 for "ad free" does not remove ALL ads. I absolutely hate this new thing of paying to remove ads but still having to watch for rewards. Either have us pay for REAL "ad free" or don't. I would have gladly paid $15 to remove ALL ads (including rewards). instead, uninstall.

First off, great game. There's just enough to do to keep you busy and enough varying game modes to make it interesting. This is getting 1 star because I purchased the remove ads package and I'm still getting ads. Just play it f2p because it seems there's a bit of a scam going on. Updating review: Keeping this at 1 star because you didn't fix the issue despite your claim. The first thing that showed up when I opened the game was the 'no forced ads' bundle that I have already bought.

Update after 6/20/25: Leveled up to 11, built the mage building, my new quest goal is "set sail explore" which requires level 14. The next balloon fight is level 12. There is, again, no way to gain any experience. The update allowed me to build one building and stay stuck. Game still looks neat but isn't ready to be released. Full progress lock and lost gear because of the most recent update. Please advise how to proceed.
