Unable to long into the app. It stays stuck on the loading screen. I've been using this app for 3 years now. It's great for the park map but most of the wait times will only show up if you login. My daughter & I love this park, I hope this issue can be fixed!!

For some reason it's telling me to update when it already is updated. No ride or restaurant listings. It's like you forgot you had an app. The app is completely useless. Maybe delete the whole thing and build an entirely new app that actually works? Thanks

Use to love the app, then it says to update the app and password for new features. I went through all of the steps and it doesn't show any wait times, rides, map or restaurants. It still tells me to update, but there are no updates.

App constantly crashes. Cedar point app doesnt. Same company should have equally reliable and functional apps.

The new app has more fetures than ever. The app has more accurate wait times and an easy car finder for convenience. Big improvement over the old app.

New app is very buggy. Wallet rarely works making QR code impossible to retrieve. If you manage to get your pass up on the screen take a screenshot while you can. Cannot add to Google wallet - gives errors. 2 of my families passed lost on update and wasted 2 hours getting them re-added.

Install the app for the first time, and it crashes after 30 seconds. Never had the old app. First-time app user. I'm not impressed. Can't even load tickets to it.

Like the park, this app is a disaster. Not signed in, cannot sign in because it says I'm already signed in. Cannot access my perks, wallet, or passes. Try to sign in and it says this user is already signed in. Broken like Delirium and Eifel Today have been for years now.

App crashes constantly. I tried uninstalling and re installing multiple times, but the app just continued crashing. It was completely useless.

App only stays open about 3 seconds and closes. Tried to uninstall 3 times and it still does the same thing. Pointless to have it if it doesn't stay open to use it.

Needs work, I ended up having to Uninstaller my original app to download the new one because it wouldn't update. Now I'm having problems with the app it keeps closing by itself without warning.

Great for navigating but 2 suggestions. Keep items in the search history. Second is that whwn you turn off the screen, you lose your navigation. That stinks.

The app doesn't accept my current password. Resetting my password, a code is sent to me. When I enter the code, the app sends me back to the "sign-in page", not an enter my "new password page". It is an endless loop.

Would be great if ride wait times and information on what rides are closed was even remotely accurate. However, it is not. Currently standing in line at Twisted Timbers which shows a 0 minute wait on the app. I anticipate over 45 minutes on this wait. On top of that, another section of the app shows this ride is closed. This app is useless to anyone that is a season pass holder since everything (reservations, tickets, meal plans, etc) can be tied to your pass.

I used this app for a recent family trip to Kings Dominion. I gave it 3 stars because it did a good job of helping us to prepare for the trip. Unfortunately, it did not work properly at the park. It didn't recognize that I was signed in and did not show our location within the park. It did not provide ride wait times. It was essentially useless on our park day. This was disappointing. I had used the Disney app extensively eariler in the year but i ended up using a paper map at Kings Dominion.

Pros: map feature can help you find a location and will indicate your location as you walk. Cons: 1. Wait time was not accurate at any ride. Very misleading! 2. Lists are not sortable (ie by intensity, height requirement, wait time) 3. FAQs are lackluster (no information on lockers ) 4. Doesn't indicate entrance/ exit for rides 5. Doesn't include a feedback option to alert park staff to maintenance issues

I like having my passes in an easy location, so that is helpful. BUT, they have been closing restaurants and rides randomly, and the only way you know is to walk to the location. It is really frustrating that they don't update the app to tell if something is even open. Walking all over the park for food just to be turned away makes people hangry.

Out of date (some rides and restaurants have been renamed and the app does not reflect this), not accurate (does not show which rides & restaurants are open, let alone accurate wait times), hard to use (requires you to create an account and give them your email address for any functionality). If you happen to luck out and choose something that matches, it gives decent walking directions.

Pro: when it rained at the park, you could see what rides were open or closed from the weather. Cons: didn't keep track of you well, when zooming out, you lose where you are and locations of interest weren't labeled without clicking on them and sometimes not even then, it would say how far away a ride was, but not which direction or how to get there, and other things. Aside from the weather info, it was more frustrating than helpful.
