App says it needs to update but it says it's already updated. It will not work while at the park so I can't use my perks or see wait times. It's super frustrating and I've spent too much money not to be able to use my membership as promised.

Season pass was removed after latest update. App buffers when trying to add season pass. August 1 Edit: Still cannot add season pass to app. Unable to use perks that I keep getting emails about.

Can't change notification settings, which is just annoying. And then why can't we see wait times until we're in the park? I live 2 hrs away but if wait times were low I may come by... with the unknown it's just not worth the drive

Trying to buy a ticket with discounts as I had a season pass. I'm already logged in, and in the checkout page it's asking for my 20 digit code on the back of the passcard. I'm logged in, it shouldn't have me enter it manually or enter it at all. What's worse is I can't copy and paste it by any means. How retarded can you be to design that?

App shows information about rides which is nice plus has a map. Makes it easy to find out show times and where places are. The only down fall I would say is it's time wait isn't always accurate. Besides that I consider the app very useful

The newer map art this year is beautiful but the most recent app update that forces the map user into a tilted perspective as if the map is supposed to be 3D makes the map kinda confusing and unusable. Just having everything from a bird's eye view was exactly what was needed, I wish we'd have the option to switch back.

Terrible app. Needs frequent updating and it boots you out every time. Even if you have saved the password or wrote it down, it fails to recognize your info and then you get locked out. Not only this, but the map hardly works, and it keeps deleting your season passes.

Garbage, doesn't work. Used it all last year (2018) and it worked well. A year later you have to create an email/password combo to see ride wait times. Except you can't make an account, the circle just spins and spins when you try. I've tried it at KI signed into their wifi, at KI on LTE, and at home. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've tried different email addresses. Nothing works.

Have had this app for many years and since the last update, it has deleted all my information and will no longer allow my pass to be readded. Im having this issue with KI & CP app. Please resolve these issues, I like being able to have quick access to my pass as well as be able to see what pass perks I have at my home park. I have emailed customer service on this issue as well .

Awful. The previous app at least worked. This "new" app is totally broken. Any option or filter selection produces zero results in either list or map views. Incredibly frustrating. Made my park visit a worse experience. Might as well go back to paper maps.

The new update totally ruined the map section! NOTHING! The map section wants you to update even though you've updated to the point of deleting all storage and re-downloading! I've been coming to kings island since 1972!! I was 1 in '72! Please fix it for this prestige pass holder. I'm sure it's awesome! If it worked...

Latest update has broken the app. My wife updated her app & is now unable to add our families season passes (except for hers for some reason), & she cannot access our meal plan. I chose not to update the app because we would not be able to access our passes at the park, but now the old app does not allow us to check wait times and attractions on the app. It is saying I need to install the update, but if I do that we'll lose access to the passes and meal plans we paid for. Needs to be fixed asap!

Very useful for your trip! I used it and saved a lot of time. It's well made and has a useful GPS. However, it does stop tracking and leading you when your phone turns off (whether it automatically turns off or you turn it off yourself). I'll definitely use it again.

This update removed all my saved passes. It's very inconvenient to have to reserve all my passes. If I were at the park when I updated then my passes would have disappeared and I would not be able to use my meal and drink plans. Please have it store the information either in the cloud or on the phone.

I give the app an overall 2 stars. It has potential to be a 4-5 star app if it worked properly and worked. Pros- It's great for keeping your pass on there, its also great for marking your parking spot. The map, itself, is nice to have, as you can find your way around. Cons- The ride list is not accurate, one of my favorite rides growing up was The Vortex, it's no longer there but its on the app ride list. The "wait times" never loaded up yesterday.

No wait times displayed for rides. Says I have to log in (using a one day pass, I didn't have an account, so it will not work for anyone visiting just for one day). The map feature is hard to see when the bright sun is shining on your phone and rides want phones to be secured, but no paper maps provided? Ok, that makes zero sense. This app is nearly useless. I found the app for Dollywood much, much better and they had a paper map for making navigating easier. Even Six Flags App is better.

For anyone struggling to log in: Go to the website and log in. You will be prompted to reset your password. Once you've successfully reset your password, you will be able to log into the app. It's ridiculous, but the app just gives you an error code if you try logging in without resetting your password. Never would've known it expired if I didn't try logging in on the website.

This app is total trash since the update last year. It's no longer worth anything as a user to navigate the park. All it does is serve kings island to get their promotions out. Give us back wait times where I don't have to physically type the ride in each time to even find it. Give us back funpix access. Give us back an actual north oriented map that you can read and navigate. Give us back parry locator and parking memory, notifications that actually work and perks we can find to use
