Hello; Please I haven't been able to access my kingschat app messages since I updated my app. It keeps saying syncing..I really need help on this issue. I receive a lot of messages on this app cos of my job n not receiving messages for the past 3-4wks now is really affecting my job. I have sent a private message via kingschat app n I was asked to update the app which I have done countlessly. Please can this be worked on ASAP. Thanks.

The best instant messaging app. I like it. I think the stories needs attention so that when adding a story the picture fits well. Push-notifications for private messages can still be improved. Good but they can be even better

I'd kindly want to suggest for a feature to be implemented in the app. I think it'll be a great idea to add the dark mode feature in the app. The current default light mode in the app causes me to strain my eyes in navigating around the app and this hurts my eyes. The light background tends to hurt my eyes during usage, especially at night. I believe other people might be encountering the same problem. I hope you'll consider this in your next update. Thank you

Great app. Getting better with every update. However, after my recent update I can't do the following: 1. I can't share files (picture e.g avatar, books e.g ROR, video or audio) from my phone (i.e. from gallery or download file) to church group page on kingschat. Except the file is access from kingschat using the attach file option. And this doesn't work all time. 2. I can't share post from kingchat timeline e.g. pray-a-thon, with KC users and church page anymore.😭 PLS do something ASAP. 👍

I really don't like the idea of making updating a must,it's supposed to be an option,ever since the current update, I'm not able to use the app again,it has refuse to update and I have enough space in my device.Many other things about the app too,it's UI is still very poor,at least,make each chat bubble dull but smooth looking and also with different colors,it's needed mostly in group chats,make update an option and not a "must do".

This app can be super wonderful if you maybe add a space for video watch, this will help increase the time spent on this app.. but when you make it like a business app it will always be slow and the audience won't grow no matter the time tried.... Please try to upgrade with a space for users to watch video

I really don't know what else to do to get my account active, I really need it activated to access other Kings app. 2 months ago I got a notification that my account is blocked. I have logged out to sign in (unsuccessful), deleted the app & reinstall (unsuccessful), contacted customer care, didn't get any assistance. I pray this will get sorted, that you.

hi. amazing app all round, high efficiency and premium quality. but I have just a few niches that need attention. 1. i'm unable to post content on my story, and timeline. i can't see nor access my gallery. 2. dark mode. i believe this will help a lot for someone like me. my eyes is slightly sensitive to bright light. it'll be really helpful if you could attend to both of this. asides, its a really beautiful and inspiring app

Hello KC team, while I enjoy using the app, I am a bit disappointed at how tedious and slow it is to get support. I have been trying to reset the password for another page I manage but for 2 weeks now, I have not received a password reset link in my email. For most Apps, it is automated and instantaneous. I have reached out to the App support and was told it will be looked into. It takes a few hours to get a response and they don't work weekends for an app that is used globally.

It swallows data. I tried to post the lyrics of the song I'd teach at the rehearsal and it didn't work. It was on "sending..." Untill the next day and I had to delete it. My data depleted to a ridiculous level. I think you need to review it and make the app lighter like other social media apps. If we have to migrate to kingschat and yookos, then it must be worth it

Very good app. Thank you so much. All the functions on the timeline are great. What a beautiful app for such times and for the sake of the Gospel. However may you please sort out the issue whereby I want to change my contact details the verification is a bit not well. Still can't change them some sort of error is showing up. Thank you so much

I'm unable to log into the app on my phone. Its been giving an Internet connection error message - SSLHandshakeException - despite using different network providers.

My kingschat is not working anymore I have tried every means to access my kingschat and kingsconf,but is not connecting. Please kindly fix the network connection,so i can continue my ministry assignment. Am not enjoying it at all

Amazing experience all the way! Connecting with friends, family & colleagues haven't been this awesome! I love the app, but I'll like to suggest that in subsequent updates, Kingschat's size should be lightweight and also data compression enabled, more of the content should be accessible offline, that is even without data being turned on. For example, even if I exit the app, loaded timelines and Super User interface should be available until the pages are refreshed or connected to the internet.

Hello admin. I'm enjoying the app but I think it could be better if you can add the following features: 1. A system that allows you to see unread messages when you open the app after a while instead of you to see the last msg 2. Aggregating all your pictures sent to another person using the app into one post 3. Ability to be able to click on someone's name in a group chat (even of the person isn't in your contact list) and immediately get a window to private chat that individual. Thanks

The videos in the app are very slow, they buffer after every 10 seconds. Please do something to make the app more confortable to use
