I have flew with KLM Airlines several times and each time the experience has been a good one. The app is very useful during your journey especially if you have to transfer between flights. you get regular messages if there is a change of circumstance like delayed flights or gate changes. I will definitely use KLM for my next European flight.

What a joke of app. You can't make multicity booking, but works totally fine on AF app, you can t make changes to your booking in the app, they change your seat prebooked,you try to find other options, but is impossible to open the seat map.Etc etc. Basically is usless. I find it ridiculous that you need to pay 10eur service fee, at least, when booking a flight via the app. I thought you should be encouraged to use the app, not sent to use the web version to get better prices for the tickets.

It doesn't work if you have a trip that involves other airlines, like in my case KLM and Westjet (from Calgary to Warsaw). I couldn't check in with the app, it said I don't match my KLM details. The help desk (Westjet) at the airport checked me in but only to Toronto, she said the system would not allow her to check me in to the next station. So thanks to the call center operators I got my boarding passes. This app is garbage. Hard to use this airline if the app works like this.

The app works great, but it's INCREDIBLY annoying that I have to log in every time I open it, even if I just closed it 10 minutes ago... not great when your boarding pass is in there and you need to wait for the text message to come through when trying to board! 🙄 Maybe fine-tune this and give the login 24h validity, it's not like it's a banking app that it needs to be this secure😬

Great experience so far, until day of travel. Seems I'm not privy to baggage allowance on the day of travel. Also when looking to find my baggage allowance details, I tried ticket details and fun fact, I also tried the request a refund button. Could that button be literally not there. Maybe next to no other buttons. And bright red. I had a heart attack until it seemed it had to open a browser to actually do it (and I guess enter more details...)

The app is generally useful and easy to use, but there are certainly some glitches that need addressed. The login API does not recognize my loyalty scheme number, even though it works on the website. When I checked in on my flight yesterday, the app produced just one boarding pass, for my partner. The customer service team told me there isn't anything they can do to help, and my complaint probably did not get anywhere, so hopefully some tech manager can see it here.

not intuitive. I had issues inputting information. the calendar would not post the date I chose, it would post the previous date to the one I chose so I had to put in the incorrect date to get the date correct. I had a difficult time checking in, but finally got it. I cannot locate my ticker. it has just not been user friendly for me.

Avoid using a bank account to pay for tickets while adding baggage with miles simultaneously. This can disrupt the system.

This is the best airline I've ever taken.The staff in the airport and on the planes are so polite and helpful not to mention that the plane rides are the smoothest I've ever been on.They serve good healthy food as well.I highly recommend flying KLM

It's ridiculous that application creates a booking even while the payment has not been completed and hence a booking. It's not even possible to remove or neither complete those unfinished bookings.

When flying from Birmingham to Amsterdam can never get my electronic boarding pass and have to queue at check in but can always from Amsterdam to Birmingham. Been the same for last 10 flights. What a nonsense

Terrible. Tried to book 25-30 times, receiving error messages at different stages of booking. Tried on phone via app and browser on laptop, with the same result. Price was slowly increasing after every try. Once the price was £20 higher than initially, then suddenly became payable. After booking and payment, the price dropped back to the initial. So after 2 hours of trying, a couple of chats with customer support, I finally booked at the highest price. Avoid KLM if you can.

In the 21st century one cannot find the boarding pass in the app (not to mention saving it in the Wallet) but has to PRINT a confirmation (one page for each passengers), queue in front of the check-in desk without any checked-in luggage to change the printed confirmation to a boarding pass. Pity I cannot give LESS than one star. KLM, never again. Please do not respond with your usual reply because that doesn't mean anything. Well, it means you don't care at all, just paste a few lines.

Completely broken when you have booked a multi-airline trip. There is no "check in" option despite me being sent an email "check in now!". I have 3 flights booked via KLM single code, but the first is with ANA so presumably this is the issue. I could check in for the KLM flights via their website manually as I discovered many hours later. Can't check in at all for the ANA one, which is the first flight. So the app is flaky, and the airline "alliances" dont work and it's causing undue stress!

Works well. Well presented information and handy things like automatically providing an airport map for transfer airports. The only minor irritations are that I had a pop-up asking me to sign-up for marketing emails while I was entering my password and another one asking if I wanted to provide feedback on the app just after logging in for the first time, when I hadn't had a chance to do anything in the app yet.

Judging by most recent reviews the QC and design is pretty poor. I don't see the point of this app if it can't display a boarding pass and it can't email the PDF either. KLM should look at what their partner airline Delta provides. The problem goes beyond the phone app, the whole user experience is bad. The app said to use a kiosk at the airport to print boarding passes but no kiosk exists. So you have to go to the baggage check with everyone else checking bags when I had already checked in.

Horrible customer service. Never again will I fly with klm. Not enjoyable to pay for a service and not receive it. Spent 3 days trying to resolve it through whatsapp. Shown the price for light and standard. I paid for standard. Did not receive it. Shown the error with screen shots and the amount I paid, clearly showing standard was purchased. Only to be told that I'll have to purchase it again and there's nothing that can be done about it. Not interested in paying twice for a service.

Log in slow, frustrating and virtually impossible. Does not accept password and pass code registers as incorrect, if one tries to backspace. What should be and has been useful is now useless. Revised rating: I must credit the speed of the KLM response. It shows that they are concerned. When they can get the app issues resolved, I will change my opinion accordingly.
