Great for booking a room if you want the app to switch your choice during checkout, leaving you with a non-refundable room that can't be switched after you find out what happened bc the room you thought you paid for has been taken. Customer service is awful too, they keep disconnecting you from the chat if you're not fast enough or if they've decided they've solved your problem, you think you're waiting for an answer and next thing you know a bot pops up and says chat over have a nice day.

This app is terrible and cannot be trusted and relied on. The 5 minutes (mentioned in help center) of booking confirmation have turned into 7-8 hours, making a train trip in 8 hours unlikely. And the app allows the transfer of real money for tickets for such trains, even though the app cannot guarantee to buy it. So now I believe that I have just wasted my time using this app. And I am afraid that somebody could call such practice a scam to push cash flow and satisfy investors with good reports

Many bugs in the app and web. Issues with booking and getting directions.. Book directly with operator for a seamless experience and avoid this middle people just taking commissions. Their agents are the worst I've seen. For example, you will see an automated link message as reply to this review to raise a ticket. They wouldn't bother answering the already raised tickets
