Functional app. There was free debit card, delivered after a few days. Clean UI, which there is no promotion or anything like that, it's decent and formal. Also, there is no attractive girls, wearing inappropriate. I hope no changing app's icon or its design when holidays come, as it gives an impression that the user is celebrate it, even don't. Security and confidentiality is so great. Can request bank statement. Statistics and set savings goals. It's so organised. See edit history for details.

Compared to the competition, the app feels lighter and better optimized. I also appreciate the clean and elegant UI. They are consistent in pushing updates for fixes and new features. Haven't ran into any problems yet. Everything feels well thought out. Kudos to the teams behind this. My only nitpick is that the acc number and current balance has noticable delay; sometimes it takes a while to load. Also I think Komo is somewhat underrated, maybe do more promos or more aggressive ad campaigns?

Pretty good banking app with a clean UI. It's one of the better mobile banking experience I've had. After the UI update though I have this weird thing on my transaction history where it doesn't show the latest transaction and I have to refresh it every time, sometimes the transactions appear late which kind of gets annoying. Registration was easy and they send you a debit card right away which is nice. You can also view your card details in the app which is convenient

Got an app auto update afterwards I can no longer view my account. It keeps restarting and keeps redirecting to google playstore.

Generally, when the app works, it is great. An update that changes the initials on the icons in the registered accounts would be a great timesaver because you would readily know the account just by glancing at the icon. Also, it wouldn't hurt to send notifications to your clients prior to any maintenance work. This happened to me last September and now, Nov. 12, 2021 my dashboard is not loading. Anxiety is not fun. Update: It was fixed several minutes after this review. Thanks. Now 4 stars

really troublesome experience. suddenly, i can not open my account. It keeps on displaying errors. until now, no solution has been offered by their customer service. It seems like they too don't know what to do. my device is a samsung galaxy s22. I've tried to reinstall/restart/delete cache, i did everything already and still i cannot log in.

Been waiting for activation of account for long. Its been 10 days when I applied. Already followed up with the customer support tru email but still no changes. I already asked them if they need any more identification for me to be able to comply. Pare parehas lang sagot sa email. Endorsed na daw wala naman movement ung concerns ko being a new user.

I got logged out of my device. I tried to log back in but it did not let me. I then tried to uninstall the application and reinstall it but I see the same error. I cannot log in to my account until today. I have not received any update from Komo as well.

This is the most non sense bank app. I cannot log in even if I put the right code. It is saying that I log in to a new device well in fact I have not changed my phone for the last 4 years. You better find solution for this or we will call your attention to social media. I lose money from this scammer bank. Please do not patronize this bank. It is a big scam.

I really like using this app. Upon months of using this as my main saving account, I could say that this makes my life more simple. When it comes to functions, Komo app is very good at processing its capabilities. It comes with a simple UI that I really love to have in an app. More power to you, Komo!

hello KOMO my account cannot be open i used komo since november 2023 why my registered mobile number is not registered in the app system where in fact i used it for so long.. i have funds there i want to withdraw now i cannot withdraw it i found it like this app SCAMS me!!!!!!!!!! not trusteed app scam app!!!

The recent ux/ui update is shi--t. Almost giving a heart attack. Takes so long to swipe/verify transactions. The update also made it relatively slower. Previous one was tacky yet efficient. Previous ux/ui was way way better when it comes to speed and efficiency. Just my two cents

this komo app is have error all submited the required ID and Selfie the issue is it cannot recognize the first name also Middle initial and Last name if you open the profile you can see the full name but if you open the account the middle initial is missing thats not my issue your develooer app is have issue

Dont install this app! Someone send me a huge amount of money worth 10,500 by wire transfer. Then i contact them because it was not deposited because its wire transfer. After a long contact and email with them after 2 weeks they will tell me that theres no transaction? How come? The sender and BDO has all the documents. Then after a few weeks they blocked my account. What a SCAMMER! I reported it already to the BSP.
