Terrible! Trying to put a reservation into the app. When I input my name, it keeps telling me just letters, no numbers or special characters. My name only has letters in it. It won't let me input the reservation because of that.

Not functioning well. I hope they had done market-tests prior to releasing this new version, replacing the old one. Please allow us to use the old version for now before forcing us to use this not-ready app.

App not very helpful (no gate info, etc...), food on flight was mediocre, check-in & flight experience even worse, bottom of the barrel. Uninstalling, waste of space on my phone. There will be no next time.

Inconvenient, and stupid design. While tried booking, got frustrated a lot. Worse than old version. You need more study and consideration for the customer's position.

How do you select the flight when booking? It seems like a down grade from previous version... can't seem to find any upside.. It could be because I was quite satisfied with the older version..

Very disappointed. I took KAL to Jeju a few years back and it was wonderful with at least a cup of coffee for the hour long flight. Now all the stewardess does is check seat belt and a waste of resources. Also, I paid more for KAL as I thought we will not have to transfer by buses but that was not to be. So many flights and it was a mess at gimpo if you are not a frequent flyer. Expect better service from KAL.

Looks nice but not functional yet. Old app forced me to instal a new one and i did. Logged in, no problem. My family members are removed. When i tried to add, it keeps refreshing the page which forces me to type again. I also cannot add/select document to upload. So it seems like not ready to use Update on 9 Feb: it is much better now after new update.

Useless. Can't even enter a PNR to pull up a reservation. The field just keeps resetting before I finish typing.

Previous app was much better. I was trying to log a recent partner flight which was not showing in my mileage. Looked in My Trips (would only allow logging of 'upcoming' trips, although it had a 'past' tab but this was empty). To get to Mileage you have to click on the box with membership details, and you can search past trips there but you can't add trips. That's on an 'up arrow' tab at the bottom, but you can't tell. I went in, you still have to log each leg of a trip separately. Disappointing

App is confusing, not user friendly at all. I tried to do simple things like change seat assignments. The app allows me to go all the way through the process, entering all the information, then when it's expected that the result will be achieved at the very end it produces a result that says my session has been reset and I am back to the beginning. Except that it has deleted the previously assigned seats. If something can't be done it should tell you up front, not after everything has been done

My bank card was charged but the app said there is error so there is no ticket. The live agent was not helpful, asking me to pay again. The bank said the money is already transfer to korean air.

The worst airline app I've ever used. Trying to check the seat map? Impossible. Trying to check in? Will ask you to log in multiple times and fail. Want to change seats? Impossible. Want to upgrade? Impossible. Would give -1000 stars if I could.

I have used this app multi times when I went to seoul. It works perfect and the offline mode is super handy. The only thing I would like to see improved is booking with millage to be a bit more clear. I have lots of points, but no clue on how to spend them...

Korean air called me from their international number, didn't make it known, and then proceeded not to let me know that the number I called back was their international number so they can charge me. Scammed me out of a month and a half worth of my monthly phone bill. Now they refuse to give a refund. Blamed me saying "you should just know it's an international number." I've barely lived here in korea, I don't know all the different numbers here. Don't trust this company with anything.

It works but it's basically the same as the website and doesn't support Google wallet for some crazy bizarre reason. If you import the "export" photo into Wallet it will recognize it as a boarding pass but will remove the pre-check logo. Which we all know is incredibly important to TSA agents. Edit: I will accept the explanation given as a sufficient excuse. "Officially" Korea doesn't have Google wallet yet, still annoying though.
